He asked if I was happy with the way the energy was collected and used and explained that if any part of the system was to malfunction ESE Solar would deal with it and /or replace anything that was deficient free of charge.

Jan 05,2025Excellent installation. Terrible after sales service! My roof leaks and they don't want to know! They don't respond appropriately to emails. Can't get through on the phone. Essentially string you along with apparently no interest in resolving anything. My roof has been leaking now for 3 months and they have made one attempt to fix it which has failed. I am still trying to get them to come up with a follow up; all they can do is ask you for photos. I think they want me to climb on the roof and take pictures to prove there is a leak! Incredible!
