Jan 15,2025Company staff always very pleasant and efficient. They clearly know what they are about and get on with the task very swiftly. Then they are always ready to answer one’s questions, and explain anything one hasn't quite grasped. They seem like they are glad to be doing what is required. I have no negatives with this company and its employees. Very good and reliable service.

Jan 13,2025Customer services response. Misleading and incorrect information. In August 2024 I had the misfortune of having a ESE Solar system installed. First the Flexi Orb accreditation, which I was promised, does not exist and although I do now have a feedback tariff I cannot change supplier. The whole process from the start has been poor, although to initial person I dealt with has been removed from his position the problem has not been resolved. Customer services contacted me back in October to offer an additional battery or similar compensation which she stated would have to to be put to management. I am still awaiting the out come of those discussions. The management just keep waiting for me to forget about the issues. It’s clear that this company cannot deliver on their promises and provide the benefits they advertise. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this company, as they are not transparent and will leave you stuck with less-than-ideal options for selling your energy. Very disappointing!

Jan 11,2025I was very happy with the service I received. Was kept up to date with appointment times and engineers arrived within time scale given. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I would have liked to have been given more information as to how to understand the information available on the app but that is probably a problem cause by my lack of I.T. savvy than that of the installers!

Jan 08,2025An appointment is made, the engineer arrives within the time frame and works efficiently. I receive advice and I can decide whether to purchase further goods or not. He leaves when the job is completed.

Jan 08,2025Would have had more stars but visit had been arranged for the afternoon but he arrived in the morning just as we were leaving for an appointment. Also we asked for the technical team to contact us regarding app not working correctly but they have not called. So the rep who called to do the inspection was fine but background organisation not so good
