Dec 05,2024Jack Ayre head of Technical was most helpful sorting out my resent Battery problem. Dave the engineer/electrician did an outstanding job sorting everything out. My only concern is the length of of time it takes to get someone to your front door.

Dec 05,2024Had an enquiry with ESE about my solar meter so they came out and done some checks and altered the system slightly to get the best out of it for me , the 2 lads that came out were very polite and knew what they were talking about when explaining what they were doing and ensured everything was clean and safe when they left

Dec 03,2024Just constant hassle from the start to, I'd like to say the end but i don't know when that will be. Without writing an essay its been a nightmare from beginning to end. Contract with ESE Group but panels and batteries installed by their local contractor 'Clean Switch' To start with took 3 months to complete the install, things done wrong, not wired up properly, design not correct blah blah blah. Given extra years cover in 'maintenance package', for what thats worth as its now been over 2 years and no one has come and 'maintained it'. But to top it all off communications are awful, start off ok then they stop replying. Currently trying to resolve an issue where the loading of the panels on pads has cracked the flat roof and i have a lot of water coming in. Was promised that they would move the panels so i could undertake repairs so waited for a break in the weather and planned a date, but nearer the time I was asked if the scaffolding was there for them to use. Seeing as they didnt use scaffolding to do the install (despite it being specifically 'included' in my installation contract I questioned it. I was told that they couldn't possibly do it without scaffolding. So I went and got some quotes, which came back at just under a grand. I went back again and showed that my quotation for the install stated "Our System quotation is fully inclusive of scaffolding, installation and our 10 year maintenance package. " so I have already paid for scaffolding in the first place which they didnt use. Since then i have written 3 emails about this in Sept, Oct and again now and havent even had the courtesy of a reply. Make of that what you will.

Dec 01,2024The two men arrived at the beginning of the 4-hour slot which was really good. They were very polite and explained where they would like access to, in order to install the carbon offset monitor. They were very thorough and very tidy.

Nov 30,2024ESE contacted me about my maintenance and offered a convenient date and time. Then they made recommendations to upgrade my battery. The information provided was easy to understand and it made perfect sense. My new battery was fitted the very next day and the engineer also helped me set up my app to monitor the batteries. They were polite and kept everywhere clean and tidy. I couldn't ask for more.

Nov 30,2024I recently had solar panels installed by ESE Solar after researching various companies. The service was excellent, with fitters being helpful and tidy. Despite a minor delay with subcontractors, the installation was professional and thorough. They quickly installed a storage battery to complement my PV system, and additional battery installation was smooth. The team was polite and ensured I understood how everything worked. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend them to others considering solar solutions.
