Sep 29,2024We had solar panels fitted in March '23 by ESE, all went well, Panels, battery, & inverters fitted at considerable cost but we were hoping for recompense by selling excess energy back to the grid. No problems with either the work or the men who came to the job. That came later, when we applied to our energy provider (Octopus) to change to their tariff . We needed to provide them with an MCS & a G98/99 certificate, as without these we'd be refused. When asked for these ,ESE referred us to their handover docs, but these were not enough. When asked again, I was told they cannot issue them as they are not registered to do so. This we were not told about before we paid up, in fact, not told at all until it became a problem. Are we the only ones to have this difficulty, & what on earth do we do now. ?

Oct 08,2024We have been with ESE Solar for over 3 years now. The engineers that come out are very polite and experienced. They always take the time to talk about how my system is preforming. I had a few questions about batteries, they talked me through all my options. Worked out the best options and best price. Very happy with everything they do.
