The engineers who came to my house were very knowledgeable and very personable. They worked quickly and efficiently and had my second battery fitted in no time and the app on my phone working as well. Thoroughly nice guys
The company always arranges appointments well in advance to suit the customer. The member of staff that attends our premises is always very helpful and polite. If I have had any problems with my installation in the past they have always gone out of their way to attend and rectify the situation.
The engineers, Dave and Callum were very friendly and thorough guys who managed to do the work efficiently. They explained the benefits of the boiler.
I was very impressed with the way John dealt with the assessment of my solar panels. He explained about battery storage etc., but at this time I am unable to afford this but hopefully in the future - we will have to wait and see. He was very polite and helpful.

From the very beginning to the end, all the timing are perfect, the surveyor outline the proposal and price, the erection of the scaffolding and the installation date and he also advice to get the roofer to tidy up the roof while the scaffolding are in place. After the installation the roofer came back and check that there is no damage. He is very pleased with the result.
System was installed 6 months ago to be added to an existing FIT system. Installers unknowingly to me turned off the FIT system resulting in a loss of revenue. Once I turned back on system was not compatible and the new system continually went into fault mode. Installers have now fixed it so new system works but old FIT system goes into fault mode ??? They had promised it will be compatible!!! No answer to any queries. Emails ignored from technical.and sales departments. Energy ombudsmen is next port of call.

No Show. They contacted me by letter advising grant available, made contact and booked appt, waited in, no show, no call, nothing, wasted a phone call and half a day waiting for no one to turn up.

ESE Solar have provided service and support for some years now, they are in regular contact to arrange service inspections, and always arrive as expected. Engineers are polite and respectful.
