Sep 05,2024The engineers were prompt, efficient, hard working and obviously knew their job well. It took them 2 half days to erect the panels onto the roof, wire up the inverter and battery so that it was clearly working having shown me how to download the app. Left no mess, great job thank you.

Sep 05,2024The representative showed up within the time frame on the given date. He was polite and carried out the inspection quickly without any fuss. He also advised me, as I have been told before, that it would be helpful to have a storage battery, but I have read mixed opinions on this so am holding off meanitme.

Sep 05,2024Back in March 2024 the British Standards Institute warned that fitting batteries in loft spaces was against best practice and should not happen and yet last month a salesperson from this company suggested they fit a battery in my loft. How any company operating in this area can be unaware of such facts is beyond me and I would recommend you avoid esg group like the plague.
