Aug 01,2024They out of the blue introduced 50 euros a month fee. The give you only 7 days to deal with it but adding account and verification or support answer takes few. On top of that google flags their emails as suspicious so even don't get the info on time. And only the important emails like this are flagged, but all the daily "new investments available" is going through normally. Seems like they messed up some email send-outs settings. But seriously - how unethical it is to charge 50 euros and why some other people are being charged 10??? This looks like class action lawsuit in brewing.

Aug 01,2024Estateguru started with great story and promise several years ago. However over the years most of the loans ended up in default - clear sign on really bad risk management on their side. I would personally be OK with the defaulted loans. It's P2P platform anyway and this is part of that journey. But recently they started charging "inactivity" fee and other fees, which is formed in a way that they will take all your money. It was clear on the couple of last months that the company is going under. Clearly they don't care anymore about any image or anything, they just want to scam you out of the money. I don't even know if the thing they are doing is legal?

Aug 01,2024Default accounts don't move at all and now I've been charged 50eur fee twice, losing 100eur just for not checking my account every month. Initial loans were placed back in 2021, usualy year or two years long, still not repaid. Wouldn't be so mad if it was not for the insane monthly fees. Scammers

Aug 01,2024Estateguru est a fuir, 7 affaires en défaut de paiement depuis 2 ans et maintenant ils veulent que j'investisse ou il me facture 10 euros, la bonne blague ! Leur menace est inacceptable, n'investissez pas dans cette plateforme, fuyez fuyez au secours !

Jul 31,2024When starting investing on Estateguru it all seemed to work well. Today is a whole different story. I am surprised by the high default rate (my own portfolio >53% of loans is defaulted, some over 20months). I can understand that there are defaults, and I expect to have some loss of funds. So this doesn't bother me too much, but the thing that annoys me most is the lack of clear updates. I have no idea what the current state of recovery is, as they just give the same 'update' twice (in May and July '24). Which probably means nothing has changed. I am really dissapointed in Estateguru and their lack of clear information. I would (currently) NOT recommend investing on their platform.

Jul 30,2024Overdue loans are not administered. Loans in default "do not move" for 1.5 years. After stopping investing, a monthly fee of €10 was applied for account administration. Actually legal embezzlement.

Me arrepiento de invertir en esta plataforma, tengo casi 10 proyectos en Default, y los que creo que ya casi van a dar frutos, los prolongan varios meses y constantemente, asi un proyecto se va prolongando hasta 1 año, ademas que lo poco de interes que da, me los quitan por inactividad, NO RECOMIENDO ESTO A NADIE. Quiero mi dinero de vuelta, o son un proyecto financiero muy mal planteado (Que casi todos los proyectos caen en default y su filtro es malisimo) o es de aposta y son una gran empresa SCAM.

Jul 25,2024Estatguru scheint in großen Schwierigkeiten zu sein, wenn diese so horrende Gebühren einführen. 10€ pro Monat als inaktiver und 3€ pro Abhebung. Das hat es mir leicht gemacht mein Investment zu stoppen. Von den anderen Gebühren fang ich nicht an. Meiner Meinung nach ist es illegal so eine Gebühr von heute auf morgen einzuführen, ohne meine Zustimmung. Estateguru ist echt verzweifelt. Ich werde jetzt erstmal rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.

Jul 25,2024Plattform meiden! - 75% der Kredite wurden nicht zurückgezahlt, bzw. sind seit langer Zeit in Einholung - Transaktionsgebühren mittlerweile unverschämt hoch - Man wird gezwungen zu reagieren oder zu investieren obwohl man keinen Cent mehr investieren möchte bei diesen Erfahrungen, ansonsten drohen Strafen. Schade, aber eindeutig: KEINE INVESTIONSEMPFEHLUNG, außer man möchte sein Geld verschenken!

Jul 25,2024Todos los proyectos en los que invertí cayeron en default. Así que el el filtro que utilizan para elegir los proyectos es bastante pésimo. Del dinero que poco a poco fui generando por intereses, al llegar a 49 euros me lo quitaron por "inactividad". Mi cuenta estaba inactiva porque el mínimo para invertir es 50€ y tenía menos de 50 en la cuenta. Tras dos años sin poder recuperar el dinero invertido y me quitan lo poco de intereses que generó por "inactividad" solo puedo decir: ¡¡Huye de esta estafa!!

Plattform nicht mehr zu empfehlen! - Geld steckt fest - für die nächsten 3 - 5 JAHRE !!! - Kredite werden nur noch sehr selten zurückgezahlt! - Zinsen kommen erst recht keine mehr! - Transaktionsgebühren mittlerweile unverschämt hoch! - Support reagiert spät, ohne echte Antworten und wird regelrecht frech! - es gibt keine konkreten Informationen zu den Einholungsprozessen der deutschen Kredite. Letzte sehr schwammige und nichtssagende Infos dazu gab es im Mai 2024. Leider hat die Plattform seit ihrer vollkommen fehlgeschlagen Expansion in den Deutschen Kreditmarkt extrem stark abgebaut und scheint die Kurve nicht mehr zu kriegen. DEUTSCHE KREDITE - ABSOLUTES DESASTER ------------------------------------------------------- Die Deutschen Kredite sind schon seit mehr als 2 Jahren in Verzug und befinden sich seit dem in "Einholung", aber leider passiert gar nichts. Die neusten Aussagen dazu sind, dass es wohl noch 3 - 5 Jahre dauert, bis die Kredite eingeholt sind. In welche Qualität, lässt man offen. Die Investoren werden bereits darauf vorbereitet, jegliche Rendite dabei abzuhaken. Sie werden sogar darauf vorbereitet, Verluste in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Aber auch in allen anderen Ländern wird es immer schlechter. Die Investitions- und Risikopolitik von Estateguru scheint nicht mehr zu funktionieren oder hat sehr stark nachgelassen. Es werden offensichtlich immer mehr schlechte Entscheidungen getroffen und die Gelder der Investoren nicht mehr verantwortungsbewusst behandelt. FAZIT --------- Sehr ärgerlich und ganz eindeutig: KEINE INVESTIONSEMPFEHLUNG!!!

Jul 19,2024An “inactivity fee” is charged, even if you still have projects open that are being "collected" by Estateguru (for over 2 years). In addition, for a normal bank transfer 3 euros are now charged - stay away from the platform. It is the worst platform I have ever come across.

Jul 19,2024I got an issue few weeks ago with my phone number registered also in EstateGuru, it is not anymore available unfortunately, I can't receive messages so I can't Login in Estateguru because of the verification. I started to send emails to their info address to explain the problem and expect to find a Support team answering, but nothing, they don't even have a ticket management also they never answer if I call the only number +372 641 2777 I can see. This means also that I can't make investments or withdrow my money, but they can take 10 euro per month because my profile is inactive. Worse than that?

Aug 02,2024Actualmente la Peor APP del Mercado. No solo tienen un % muy elevado de los fondos parados o en Default, sino que ahora cada mes si no estás atento te roban 10 euros en comisiones. Además te cobran 3 euros por sacar tu dinero. De verdad, no se me ocurre un trato peor a los inversores. 1 estrella ya que no hay posibilidad de poner 0 estrellas.
