Aug 16,2022I've read many reviews and I feel Safe to invest its easy the only thing you have to look after are your own preferences. And that you have 50€ because its the least amount to invest in one project.

Aug 15,2022I've been investing with Estateguru for 1 year and a half, besides the fact that the loans are generally longer than consumer loans on P2P lending platforms I have nothing to complain about. Very happy with Estateguru, the company seems also very solid and reliable.

Aug 15,20224 months or so of experience. So far so good. Technically all seems to work flawlessly. Very positive user experience. What comes to profit it's too early to say anything but numbers looks like expected. 1 minor down side in automatic traditional investing strategy is that it seem to be painfully slow to get all your money invested. But that is more like a feature.

Aug 13,2022Bisogna migliorare ancora… I guadagni sono leggermente più bassi rispetto alle piattaforme p2p tuttavia garantiti dall'ipoteca e quindi è molto difficile che si rischi il capitale investito. Il problema è la lentezza dei movimenti: dall'investimento all'approvazione possono passare 30 giorni (di interessi persi) e anche gli interessi arrivano spesso in ritardo ( e per i primi 4 giorni non ci sono penali per il debitore), non c'è poi possibilità di investimento a breve termine sotto i 12 mesi. Infine anche la tassa di 1 euro sui prelievi, che non è prevista da altri concorrenti. Insomma, se si vuole attirare i soldi degli investitori bisogna migliorare ancora..

Aug 12,2022Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit EstateGuru. Übersichtlich und transparent. Seit Anfang des Jahres dabei und bisher keine Probleme gehabt. Verzögerte Projekte gibt's immer mal, aber bisher keinerlei Ausfall. Im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Investitionen im ähnlichen Segment, ist EstateGuru sehr zu empfehlen.

Aug 12,2022Inversión pasiva al 98%. Plataforma de crowdfunding inmobiliario con buen rendimiento y buena gestión por el momento. Esta es la opinión que tenía en agosto del 2022. Ahora mismo 6 de febrero de 2025 tengo casi 800€ en default y la gestión es pésima. No interesa este tipo de inversión.

Aug 16,2022So far Estateguru has been the most pleasant experience compared to other p2p platforms like mintos, crowdestor or grupeer. Estateguru has excellent communication with their investors, execute proper due diligence for all loans published on their platform, and excellent reporting tools for tax purposes and investment tracking. As an EU citizen, sending funds for investing on estateguru is extremely simple, as well as setuping an investment plan. My favourite investment are bullet loans with 12-18 months to maturity, with monthly or quarterly payments with 9+% APY. Those are very common and always available, and yield the expected revenue. I only avoid business loans because those usually don't have the best liquidity and may default often. Only "downside" is that it's too heavily focused on the baltic real estate, but that might be because of the familiar legal framework for estateguru.
