Jun 19,2024Tengo 2000 euros en defecto en 2 proyectos, uno desde el 2022 y otro desde el 2023. Ambos tenían garantías. Cuando preguntas no dicen nada salvo que toda inversión tiene un riesgo, encima si vendes algo en el mercado secundario perdiendo dinero se llevan además un 3%. A veces me pregunto si no hacen aposta el que tengas que vender en el mercado secundario perdiendo parte de tu inversión para que al que se lo has prestado lo compre más económico y encima estateguru se lleve el 3%. Desde luego no vuelvo a invertir.

Jun 18,2024Total estafa comprobada. Invertí en dos proyectos hace 2 años 50 euro cada uno. Los dos fracasaron por la mala gestión de esa empresa. Ahora me cobran 50 euro por inactividad...asi que se quedarán con los 100 euro. Enviado correo para pedir clasificaciones y ninguna respuesta Puro y duro scam...autoridades tendrían que actuar para que la gente no pierda dinero con estos ladrones.

Jun 18,2024They barely review the loans they accept on the market, so most of them default aka you will lose all your investment. On top of that: - they charge you a monthly fee for having money in there - they charge you a fee for withdrawing money No matter what, you lose and they win.

Jun 18,2024Randomly introducing new fees to the platform and also increasing the withdrawal fees increased from 1 euro to 3 euro out of nowhere. Impossible to trust this platform, look for something else if you are in doubt.

Jun 17,2024New fees at Estateguru make it practically impossible to ever withdraw your entire investment without avoiding those fees. They are Euro 10-50 "inactivity" fee PER MONTH plus Euro 3 withdrawal fee, depending on how long you have not invested. If the portfolio is largely in "default" (i.e. Estateguru's poor performance), they still apply. I think they should cease the practice immediately, they are committing commercial suicide. The one star rating is only so because zero is not possible.

Jun 16,2024Completely unprofessional modification of terms!!! Charges that can wipe out any profit for a small investor!! They charge you 10 euros per month if you don't make new investments, while you don't receive your money from previous investments on time. They tripled the withdrawal fee. An unreliable platform that makes me anxious about having invested my money. I am just waiting for my current investments to expire so I can withdraw my money immediately!!! I do not recommend it under any circumstances!!!

Jun 14,2024Bad experience, not keeping their words, being unfair to loantakers and investors. Prodjects that could get wready are stopped, money have given to "gray" companies too and how can so many loans be in default (it they even arve). Pease avoid and please stop investing. We have suffered a great loss with no simphathy from Estateguru. Feels like we are part of pyramide scheme.

Jun 14,2024Now it's a service with huge fees. 3 EUR for each withdrawal, 50 EUR fee for each month! There is no possibility to earn money. Most of the investments are in default. There is no way to withdraw money – even if you have active investments and you're waiting for repayment, EstateGuru treats your account as inactive, so the fees take all your money.

Jun 14,2024This is my 3rd estimate about the company. This time I would have left it without stars if that would have been possible. Another month gone without answer. Comment in this site have been only response from them. My account is locked and I can't do anything there (cant' even see my investments). Only bright side is that it will probably take about year or two until all my investment are back in cash to withdraw them. I warn you, everything seem to work fine until you need some help. They don't seem to have any customer service or they just don't bother answer. I have tried to contact them for couple of months from (different email addresses and different languages), but nobody have answered. In their info emails (which I still get) their advice you to contact them. I guess I have to contact other authorities to get my investments back but that will be the other case in the near (or far) future.

Jun 14,2024I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Estateguru due to a recent experience that I find highly unethical. While I was on holiday without access to my laptop, I received an email from Estateguru stating that a €50 fee would be charged to my account if I did not withdraw or invest my funds within three days. Initially, I suspected this might be a phishing attempt and, given my circumstances, I did not act on it. Upon returning from my holiday, I discovered that Estateguru had indeed debited my account, even though they could have easily transferred the funds back to my linked bank account. Instead, they chose to steal the money, which I consider an unethical business practice. Despite my attempts to seek a refund, Estateguru has refused to return the funds. But they were quick to steal though :-) Stay away from this scam company.

Jun 13,2024Konto räumen! Die Gebühren sind Wucher! Da ich über einen Großteil meiner Investitionen nicht verfügen kann, habe ich die Auto-Invest-Funktion ausgeschaltet. Jetzt kamen dazu noch die überzogenen Konto-Gebühren und nun versuche ich das Konto so schnell es geht zu räumen. Folgendes Anschreiben habe ich bislang ohne Ergebnis verschickt: ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Antwort von heute bezüglich der neuen Gebührenstruktur. Leider kann ich Ihr Argument nicht akzeptieren und sehe die Einführung der monatlichen Gebühr von € 50,- bei Nicht-Investition als extremen Wucher an. Seit 2021 habe ich bei EstateGuru investiert und musste feststellen, dass ein erheblicher Teil meines Investments derzeit nicht verfügbar ist. Dies hat mein Vertrauen in Ihre Plattform stark beeinträchtigt. Die Einführung der neuen Gebühren verstärkt meine Frustration und Enttäuschung nur noch mehr. Ich fordere daher eine sofortige und vollständige Auszahlung meines verbleibenden Investments. Bitte teilen Sie mir umgehend mit, welche Schritte dafür erforderlich sind und wie lange dieser Prozess dauern wird. Ich bin nicht bereit, zusätzliche Gebühren zu zahlen, die ich als unangemessen empfinde und die in meinen Augen nicht durch die Geschäftsbedingungen gedeckt sind. Außerdem möchte ich nur sofort die Geschäftsbeziehung beenden, da ich dieses investierte Geld bei EstateGuru lieber woanders investiere. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung und danke Ihnen im Voraus für Ihre Kooperation.

Jun 13,2024Zunächst einmal habe ich bei 20% der Einlagen Ausfälle von über einem Jahr. Keine Informationen zu den Anlagen mit Verzögerungen. Am kritischsten sehe ich jedoch die Regelmäßigen Preisanpassungen bei Bestandskunden. Bei jetzt 3€ pro Abhebung verliere ich bei einer Auszahlung von 500€ bereits 0,6% meiner Gewinne.

Jun 20,2024Ja klar, EstateGuru ist einfach zu bedienen und man ist schnell drin. Aber nach den ganzen Änderungen in den letzten Wochen stellt sich raus: die zocken übelst ab! Eigentlich klang das mal ganz seriös.... Abhebung 1,-€ fand ich schon grell, aber naja. Jetzt kostet 1 Abhebung 3,-€. Und wenn Du 12 Monate nicht weiter investierst, ziehen die 10,-€ PRO MONAT ab. Die Realität: als langjähriger Kunde hast Du vor ca. 1 Jahr bemerkt, dass 2/3 der Kredite mit Deinem Geld nichts zurückzahlen. Was jetzt? Weiter Geld verbrennen, damit Du die Gebühren nicht zahlen musst? Wenn Du Deinem verbrannten Geld nicht noch mehr Geld hinterher wirfst, zieht es EstateGuru einfach von Deinem Konto ab. Völliger Vertrauensverlust! Ich habe die Hoffnung auf meine Einlagen aufgegeben. Ob EstateGuru mit das Geld stiehlt oder ein weiterer Schuldner mit meinem Geld durchbrennt.... ich betreibe nur noch Schadensbegrenzung - auch wenn mich auch das noch kostet. Der Laden wird sicher pleite gehen - nur können die bis dahin noch weiterhin dicke Managergehälter zahlen.
