Nov 06,2024Ordered two mother of the bride dresses so my daughter could choose which one she liked best. They both fit well, except had to hem because I'm short. The return on the dress I didn't use was easy and refund arrived quickly. Just wish I didn't have to pay for return postage.

Nov 06,2024Delivery was fast, dress was exactly as advertised and good quality, sizing on the site was also very helpful. Needed to make an exchange and customer service were very helpful and polite. Spoke with them over the phone and via email and their response was very quick too.

A great dress to take in a suitcase as no creasing. Was delighted with the service and communication received. Have recommended company to others

Nov 05,2024My ordering experience turned out better than expected. I bought a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding and didn't try it on till there was like 3 weeks left for the event. My mistake. The dress was too big, so I emailed them and they got me set up right away. I sent the dress back and received the right size about 1 ½ weeks later, thank God. They were very kind and fast. Even though the dress wasn't necessarily my style, it was still very pretty. Will order from them in the future, if need be. : )

Nov 05,2024I ordered multiple beautiful dresses to be a maid of honor and I ended up keeping more than 1 as it turned out because they were so beautiful. I easily returned the others of course I had only tried them on and left the tags on as I am very hard to fit. I’m only 5’1” and top heavy. Could not believe how true these dresses were to size. I had minor alterations done and they were great. Traveled to Europe for the wedding. I will definitely shop here again.

Nov 05,2024Great experience we bought a size too small got in touch and the exchange was done so quickly x my sister got lots of fantastic comments of her dress x the dress was lovely and fitted so nicely x the company let me when they received the first dress too x no complaints here x

Oct 31,2024Daughter didn't like the dress unable to return because "custom order" which is a lie. That policy is inaccurately described. It seems like any dress they make is "custom made" since every clothing product has to be made and they are saying they are "custom made". Will make sure others know not to buy from ever dress. I bought multiple dresses and they took forever to arrive. Even arrived after the event i bought them for and they would not let me return them. Took over a month to arrive. Poor poor company. 10/7/24 update. Ever pretty responded to my email that I sent on 9/27/24 and told me the dresses were " custom made" and they would not except the return and I was out of luck. Then after I made this review I had someone call me and again the "custom made" to me in which I explained my feeling on everything anyone orders from them would be "custom made" and every piece of clothing that people wear would be "custom made" by their standards which is not right when I ordered these for my daughter to try to see if she like them. Which was a big no from her. I then last night received an email at 10:15 pm that stated you would offer a 70% refund to try to make this a better experience. I have since agreed to this. For you to say you have reached out to try to resolve this is incorrect. Unfortunately you will not allow screenshot for my proof of this so while I'm happy for the 70% refund, I'm still very unhappy with experience.

I was really impressed with the customer service response times. They provide advice very quickly. I would recommend using ever pretty when purchasing your affordable formal dresses

Nov 07,2024Really easy to order. Dresses came quickly and are decent material/quality. Measurements seem accurate to me and fit is nice. I ordered lots of dresses with the intention of returning the ones I didn't want and the returns process was incredibly simple. You do have to pay the returns postage yourself and they charge a restocking fee if you are returning over a certain amount, but I knew that when I ordered as they make it very clear on the site. Would definitely order again!
