Oct 30,2024Dresses were good quality but small fitting. Make sure you read them returns as you have to pay postage and a percentage of cost.

Oct 30,2024I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Absolutely loved the dress, but it was too small. Sent it back. They sent me a new one in the right size and everything went seamlessly! Very good customer service, very good quality product, would definitely recommend!

Oct 29,2024Les robes que j'ai commandé son superbes néanmoins j'aimerais en retourner une. Étant enceinte de 7 mois, j'avais acheté deux robes pour être sûre d'en avoir une à mon goût. Or, lorsque j'envoie un mail pour effectuer un retour, celui-ci me revient en erreur me disant que l'adresse email saisi n'est pas correct ... J'ai essayé plusieurs fois en vain. Sauf qu'il est hors de question que je garde une robe neuve, que je ne me servirai jamais ... et qui ne me convient pas juste parce que le SAV n'est pas joignable. Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ?

Oct 29,2024Ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding, which is next year. The one I ordered that I'm going to specifically wear for the ceremony, I didn't like the color. I was able to exchange it and received the new one very quickly. I read a lot of the reviews for the dresses I ordered and took my measurements and they both fit. I will have to have some alterations done to one because it is too bit in the chest area. I also thought the prices were great!!

Oct 27,2024I ordered two different dresses for a wedding, both dresses fit and were nice dresses. I chose the dress I wanted to wear to the wedding and contacted them about returning the other one. Then I changed my mind on which dress I wanted to wear and returned a different dress than what I had notified them about. They had refunded me for the dress I originally chose which was cheaper than the one I returned. I contacted them and they quickly refunded me the balance for the returned dress. Their customer service department was quick and easy to deal with.

Oct 27,2024My bridesmaids all had the dress from this company and they were perfect and not expensive! My dress I ordered was BEAUTIFUL unfortunately it didn’t fit, but sending it back was easy and I was so grateful for that.

Oct 27,2024I ordered a few dresses in different sizes as the reviews I read were conflicting but my usual size fitted perfectly. The dress is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos, love the quality, I haven’t worn it yet as it’s for my daughter’s wedding next year. Delivery was very fast to uk and the return of the other sizes was straight forward and refunded quickly. I will definitely be buying again from ever pretty and would highly recommend. Customer service is excellent and very helpful.

Oct 30,2024Beautiful dresses, but didn’t sit right on me due to a breast pad being in place, which was not able to be easily removed. Return was easy, when I worked out how to do it. It’s not clear from their website.
