May 30,2024I was caught by surprise with a wedding due in a month..with all the rush and stress, I couldn't find the dress I was looking for. I came across ever pretty and found the exact dress I visioned. It was a made to order dress and I wasn't to sure if it would come in on time but these guys made sure it did.when the dress arrived and I put it on, it was perfect.Now I can focus on other things for my brother's wedding due in 2 weeks. Thank you ever pretty and I look forward to getting future dresses from you guys.

May 29,2024Très déçue J’ai commandé une robe le 30 avril pour l’avoir pour le 7 juin, je me suis dit que c’était bien assez pour la commande étant donné qu’il était écrit livraison en 5 à 11 jours, mais rien après 11 jours j’ai décidé de contacter le SAV qui m’a expliqué que ma commande étant donné qu’elle était sur mesure prenait plus de temps ( pourquoi ne pas l’avoir mentionné dans l’expédition si tel est le cas ?) on m’a assuré que j’aurai ma robe pour le 7 juin et qu’elle allait être expédiée le 23 mai, à ce jour je n’ai reçu aucun mail pour me confirmer que la commande était partie. Comment voulez vous faire confiance à un service qui vous fait des promesses dans le vent en plus de vous mentir ? Je remercie tout de même les quelques mail en réponse que j’aurai eu qui m’ont soulagée, seulement le temps de comprendre que il ne savaient pas plus que moi quand elle partirai.

May 28,2024Ordered a dress from ever-pretty.co.uk and then received import charges of £19 on top of paying £18 delivery for a £54 dress. Your website isn’t clear enough saying the dress was getting shipped from China, labelling it as Fed-ex isn’t clear enough, I wouldn’t have bought had I known this as fees were 2/3 the price of the dress!

May 28,2024Dont order. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughters wedding. Wrong size. Was going to re order once refunded. Sent proof i returned and was told never received £80 out of pocket and paid for return, not good service Returned end of April and still waiting Update refund now been given thanks

May 27,2024Ordered through debenhams, didn't realise I would actually be dealing with ever pretty for returns. Returned 4 dresses as they weren't quite what we were looking for, items were received by ever pretty on 1st May, contacted them a week later to be told 5 - 10 working days for a refund. 10 working days passed no refund. Contacted them and again told 5 to 10 working days for a refund. Still waiting for £400 back. Would never shop here again.

May 27,2024Robe correspondant à la description. Mais attention arnaque pour le retour. Le chat n'est pas accessible et l'adresse courriel de contact pour le retour inactive selon Google. Essayez de les contacter avant d'acheter et vous verrez. Pour ma part voici la réponse à mes demandes par mail. Excepté les adresses mail que j'ai du supprimer pour publier cette avis. May 25,2024Après plusieurs mails pour retourner 2 robes aucunes réponses aux emails et le chat impossible d’y accéder c’est une arnaque je ne commanderai plus jamais sur ce site à fuir.

May 25,2024Terrible experience from start to finish and would definitely avoid buying from here ever again Longer than promised delivery times. Item thrown over a fence. Packed so tightly into a too small package and arrived very badly creased. Looked nothing like the photos. Horrible fabric, sized wrong and bad customer service/returns policy. Paid to return the item as it wasn’t as described. Now they’re saying my package has gone missing and I’ve had no refund over a month later. Please avoid this happening to you

May 24,2024I ordered a dress and unfortunately did not fit. Sizing was accurate but I am in between two sizes so took a chance and unfortunately did not fit! I emailed every pretty asking for a return for a refund. They responded the same day with a return address. I emailed them advising I had sent it over and sent tracking details! The next day I received a email advising the tracking has been show as delivered and they have processed my refund ! The next day !!!! I have had great communication from customer services the whole way through the process! The dress came and was such a beautiful dress, good quality to! I will be ordering again in the future Brilliant company! Thank you

May 24,2024The delivery was slow. When the dresses arrived, they were packaged so tightly and squashed in that all the dresses creased. The fitting was not accurate between dresses (some too big some too small - all the same size). Some dresses had snags. I would say the quality of material is poor/cheap. The worst was the unexpected “re-stocking fee”. If you need to return 3-4 dresses, they charge you a 5% restocking fee, and 10% fee of 5 or more dresses! I’ve never even heard of this so didn’t think to look for it. What if you’re buying lots of bridesmaid dresses and they don’t work out, for any reason? Was already disappointed that the seller has to pay for return postage on top of this, whatever the problem with your item may be. Customer service is poor, slow in responding and don’t seem to care for putting concerns at ease. So disappointed with Ever-Pretty, I would NOT recommend this retailer to anyone!

May 24,2024Had a few issues with returning two dresses that I ordered . Unfortunately sizing is not very good so needed to exchange for a larger size . After posting my review I had a kind Gentleman called John telephone me to resolve my issue and kindly said he would reimburse me my postage for the returns After a slight hiccup I can honestly say customer service and aftercare are second to none 👏👏👏

May 23,2024The dresses are lovely, I ordered a few for a wedding and now want to send back what I do not need, but having issues getting in contact to get a return address, I have emailed like asked and it wont let me click ‘chat now’ for the address, this is my only issue.

May 22,2024If there was a zero rating I would put that . I bought a dress from this company and it took a month for me to get it and l sent it back on the 19th of April,up to today I've not received my refund. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you want to waste your money.
