We are still trying to get a refund from this company from early January 2024. We ordered three dresses and returned two that were unsuitable. Proof of postage and refund bank details have been submitted and acknowledged by them however three plus months later no refund has been received. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication.
Pour info ils sont très réactifs sur le site trustpilot afin de donner une image sérieuse lorsque vous soulevez un problème. En ce qui concerne mon précédent commentaire j ai fait le nécessaire mais aucun retour malgré mes relances. Site à fuir
Still waiting for a refund nearly a month after returning my items and despite emailing I have heard nothing! Wouldn’t buy from here again - also this was through Debenhams and I would have expected better.
Ordered 3 dresses. Sent one back, like all the other 1 star reviews, company won’t give me my refund. They are pretending they’ve never received the dress. Such a shame because the dresses I have ordered are lovely. AVOID this company. Won’t be using them again !!
Pour le moment sur 2 robes commandées, l'une ne correspond pas à ma commande, l'étiquette n'étant pas sur la bonne robe. Et aucune nouvelles de la 2e robe. SAV ne répond pas aux e-mails envoyés. Je suis déçue Edit : Après 3 emails sur 2 boîtes e-mails différentes j'ai enfin reçu de l'aide.
I am £100 out of pocket, bought a dress through Debenhams but it was an ever pretty dress. I returned a month ago and have still not been refunded. Debenhams are as bad because they will not help. I have escalated this to my bank as possible fraud. Every email or message including from Debenhams says 5-10 days, a week later 5-10 days… week later 5-10 days. I had this on a PayPal pay in three and you have to keep the payments up though you don’t have the item. AVOID ps in response to their reply, I have been in touch with global services and they are as bad, promising 5-10 days and nothing being refunded. They take days to respond and when they do it’s the same old story. I stick to my original comment… AVOID
I am still waiting a refund, daily emails are being ignored. Tried to phone no answer just rings.. Even leaving negative review prompts no response.. Such a shame as the dress was nice but not needed. Customer service good in the beginning but shocking now.. I am currently owed over £100. have asked for complaints procedure but still no response. Do not know where to go now.....
Do NOT order from this company unless you are 100% certain you are keeping the dress!!! I am out of pocket £20 for postage to and from the company and I am still waiting on a refund a month after it began to hit my bank account. The money is still sitting there uncleared from Ever Pretty's side! Shocking customer service. The dress also came in the smallest package imaginable. For a bridesmaid dress, you would expect better customer care in all areas. Will NEVER order from them again.
Just a warning that Ever Pretty make returns extremely difficult. Terrible company and certainly are not putting customers first. I have spent a lot of money on delivery charges and do not to have a product to show for it.
You are expected to pay their delivery charges even if you don't keep an item/ I accept the charges to return the item but not to pay for the item to be sent. I do mind as i am paying for something i did not keep
Received my dress and it was wrong size. Contacted customer service and exchange was made. Came in quick. Had no problems with reaching or speaking to someone regarding my purchase. Will purchase from them again.
Beware of possible scam when returning items. I returned several dresses and sent to the return address given, they do not produce return labels which is a red flag. I did not use a tracking service which please use as now I am out of pocket because they have said the parcel has not arrived. Royal Mail has nothing to say it was not delivered but has heard of many other customers in my position where the company knows it’s t tracked and therefore says the parcel is not delivered so they do not have to refund goods. Please be careful if you choose to order from this company.
Very good experience with all services by everpretty. I ordered a wrong size ans I got very quick answers. The person I talked to was kind and very professionnal. Thank you. I recommand a lot. And the clothes are very good quality and so nice.
I chose bridesmaids dresses for my wedding with my first two and only picks. To return the other sizes, Customer Service was great! We were in regular contact and they were very helpful with my questions and returns, which was made very easy.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURNS POLICY!!! I had to order dresses in multiple sizes due to just having a baby. The dresses are lovely but it cost me £40 to return 6 dresses due to the postage and the restock fee that they charge. This means that a reasonably priced dress has now cost me £90! I think this is very excessive and I am disappointed with this!!!
I bought multiple dresses in different sizes for my bridesmaid, however they weren’t what we were looking for. Ever pretty received my returns over 20 days ago, I have been told twice since then the refund will be in my bank within 3-5 days, yet still no sign of it. I spent over £500 with them, and am doubting that I will ever get it back. I only ever get replies to my emails in the evenings, and no one wants to take ownership. Please be weary if you decide to order from them, as at this point I’m starting to believe the company is a scam. I am shocked that Coast & Debenhams have anything to do with this company.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buying for this website a complete scammm payed £70 for a dress sent it back now they are saying I can’t have a refund due to they don’t have a tracking number which was given do not buy from this website
The team could answer my questions quickly and reimbursed me.
First of all the selection they offer is amazing. Something for every occasion and every body style. But what’s most important is their customer service!! Absolutely wonderful. This company actually cares about their customers. Number one in my book.
