May 17,2024Dress was delivered to the wrong address in a different town, made it easy and quick to get a reshipment. Dress is correct, true to color and size.

May 16,2024I owe these guys an apology . I wrote a review about how disappointing that I had not received my refund đą They actually did pay it !! The second day it was in my bank . I completely forgot that I had actually paid my visa , Confusion was when they emailed me they gave last four digit if my card . However my visa and bank card the last four numbers are almost alike . So really a huge apology amd I canât fault these guys atall . Dress came quickly and so did redund . And I would definitely use these guys again ( if Iâm aloud) .

May 15,2024Compte tenu du dĂ©lai d'Ă©change trĂšs long sur une premiĂšre robe qui ne convenait pas, car le tissu Ă©tait trop transparent, j'ai commandĂ© 2 autres modĂšles afin de pouvoir choisir celui qui conviendrait le mieux rapidement. Une robe me convient, et je souhaite faire un retour avec remboursement des deux autres. J'ai dĂ©jĂ fait 3 demandes par mails sans rĂ©ponse de la part du site Ever-Pretty, y compris dans mes courriers indĂ©sirables/spams que je suis rĂ©guliĂšrement. L'accĂšs au Chat du site ne m'est plus possible non plus depuis que j'ai fait ma premiĂšre demande de retour. Les conditions de retour pour remboursement ne sont donc pas respectĂ©es par ce site. C'est donc la premiĂšre et la derniĂšre fois que je commanderai chez eux. Je pense que je n'aurai aucune instruction pour ma demande de retour. Je dĂ©conseille vivement ce site qui ne respecte pas les conditions de retour qu'il affiche. AprĂšs mise en ligne de cet avis, j'ai rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© l'adresse mail du service client qui est diffĂ©rente de celle indiquĂ©e sur le site, et j'ai enfin rĂ©ussi Ă retourner mes articles et ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e. Demande nĂ©anmoins longue et fastidieuse auprĂšs d'Ever-Pretty. Merci Ă Trustpilot qui m'a donc permis de rĂ©cupĂ©rer la bonne adresse mail !

May 15,2024Such a delight to find a truly courteous and accommodating experience with an online retainer - sadly, too many are intransigent these days, which makes my experience with Ever-Pretty a pleasure. Their designs are gorgeous, having just bought one for my 80th milestone birthday party! I highly recommend them.

May 15,2024I placed and order on May 10 and paid for shipping free for some reason it never left the Warehosue so I called no one pick up . I chat they lie about package that still have not left China even thought the tracking said still in California and no one drop it off at usps . They lie and fraud donât buy it form this site . I still didnât get the item therefore I will have to cancelled my credit card payment . Big no no

May 15,2024Pas de prĂ©vention par rapport au temps de fabrication de la rapport qui est de 9 Ă 14 jours et le temps de livraison de 5 Ă 11 jours ouvrables. Par contre, pour prĂ©lever sur le compte bancaire pas de problĂšme câest vite prĂ©levĂ© . Une honte, car je lâai commandĂ©e le 03 mai et jâen ai besoin pour le 18!

May 15,2024Ordered dress, on the website says tailoring time 9-14 days. Almost 4 weeks gone and my dress has not been send. Every time when I'm asking about on the chat they are saying dress is going to be send, and giving me dates. Another dates past, like yesterday my dress still hasn't been send. Very sad and disappointed

May 15,2024My item was not the colour as described online shop, so I returned it and was asking/waiting for my refund. Obviously from ever-pretty.co.uk nobody was available. Luckily sort it out through PAY PAL. Please be careful people.

May 12,2024J'ai commandĂ© 2 robes il y a une semaine,j'ai voulue regarder mon compte impossible de m identifier mĂȘme lorsque je fais "mot de passe oubliĂ©" je ne reçois rien sur ma boĂźte mail .j'ai Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ© pour les achats et en plus de cela 3 euros de frais pour achat hors UE đ,a ce jour aucun de mes mails au service client n a eu de rĂ©ponse.j espĂšre que j'aurai une surprise dans ma boĂźte aux lettres en attendant le suivi clients je ne le valide pas du tout ...

May 11,2024I ordered a dress that didn't fit at all. I paid almost ÂŁ65 which included delivery. It cost me ÂŁ9.95 to return it and my refund is only ÂŁ56.94. So it's cost me almost ÂŁ20 for a dress I don't have. This seems excessive compared to other online companies. I will never shop with this company again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

May 11,2024I returned the dresses via the Royal Mail over 2 weeks ago and emailed Everpretty's returns team (as they requested) to provide proof of postage. After chasing a few times, I was met with the same response that 'they don't have a time frame for refunds until its confirmed as received at the warehouse'. I sincerely regret not reading these reviews before ordering the dresses in the first place. The company seem to have a deliberately awkward returns process so they have every excuse to keep your money and not reimburse the customer it fair and square.

May 11,2024I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses only needed 4 but ordered extra sizes just incase, they are beautiful dresses, I was very dubious reading all the reviews and read about the returns before ordering, received the dresses within 3 days all fitted true to size, sent the 2 I didnât need back and was refunded within 2 day can not fault them

May 10,2024Je souhaite renvoyer une robe depuis plus de 3 semaines, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et sans réponses... Vu le prix de la robe je suis vraiment trÚs déçue car sur le site il y a écrit que les retours sont faisables.

May 10,2024Ever pretty are sending out dresses that are incorrectly measured. Ordered a size too large to tailor. Was sent a dress which was 3 sizes too small. On emailing and requesting this to be sorted out I'm expected to pay for the return. I also paid for delivery. I want a full refund of the delivery and the return plus the refund of the garment and every pretty refuse. This company causes eating disorders, personal body complexes, stress induced phycosis and create so much anguish all because they are incompetent and unable to make clothing according to their measurements charts.

May 09,2024Please donât order from this company, I ordered a dress and sent it back as it didnât fit me, I sent them proof of receipt from the post office to let them know I had sent it back. They are saying that they have sent me a refund of ÂŁ52 but I havenât received it and now they donât reply to my emails! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

May 18,2024I ordered 4 of the $26.99 bags. Opening up 12 bags of dresses that were a total surprise to me was like Christmas in May. Of the 12, 2 were really pretty and might work for my Mother-of-the Bride dress. They were the right colors and I liked the style. ! I also ordered another dress and it is also very pretty. Will do business with them again!
