Trying to get hold of this company is a nightmare, I have tried calling, all numbers out of order, I have emailed still no response, the dress I bought is way too small and I need to send this back to have my return and refund processed, please contact me direct
Still trying to swap for a different size and every time I try there's a new "problem" that comes up. They assure me I can return one but not the other as they don't have the right size so I offer a different dress to swap out. Then the first dress can't be returned (despite then telling me I can swap it because it's on clearance.) Don't waste your money or your time. I won't waste mine again.
wish i hadnt bothered with this company. so when i got the dresses the sizes were soo small and i had to ship them back after talking to someone about why should i have to pay return shipping all they said was its policy so that made me sad. So instead of keeping 1 dress i paid to ship them both back out of my own pocket 1st class next day and this was the 25th of april heard nothing from them for a few days so i had to contact them again. this time i asked them if they had recieved the package they said yes and said they would refund me but i found out they only refunded me for 1 so now i had to chase up for a 2nd refund for the 2nd dress i sent back and its still on going. be warned dont buy from these oryou will end up puling your hair out those was suppose to be my wedding dresses but now i have stress from these on top of getting ready for my big day in june!!!

Buyer beware! I ordered 3 of the surprise bags to find a dress for an upcoming wedding. I recieved 9 of the same style dress in 4 different colors. Not that every bag was the same, but every dress within the bag. When reached out to customer service I got " Lucky bag order random color, anything can happen." Would not recommend unless you want 3 of the same style dress. I also left this review on the website with a one star and it has to be "approved."
Bonjour je souhaite faire un retour c est mission impossible. Pour avoir l adresse de retour ça a été très compliqué j ai envoyé quatre e-mails sans réponse.maintenant que j ai enfin l adresse obtenue par Messenger on fait le mort pour la réception de la preuve d envoi on dirait que cette entreprise ne veut pas de retour c est catastrophique
I really wish I'd have seen reviews before buying. I ordered 2 dresses, one I've kept and I'm very happy with. The other I returned early March. The returns process is difficult, you have to initiate a conversation, get instructions and then return (at your own expense). I chased up 2 weeks later, but as I couldn't provide a tracking number and "there are lots of returns" I still haven't had my refund and am now out of pocket. Potentially my mistake by interpreting "provide tracking number so that the refund can be processed within..." to mean it was at my discretion (as it's at my expense). I've never known a returns process as difficult or useless. I won't be buying again. Edit - now approaching 3 months, and although there's been a reply, I'm no closer to getting my money back.
Steer clear of this company if you need to return items! They've had my return for a month now with no refund issued. ONLY when I provided proof (UPS tracking and the employee signing for the package), and threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company did they finally respond with this message: "Thank you for providing your proof of postage. Your refund was not processed on time as we are unable to received your proof of postage. We do see that your return has been successfully received back to our warehouse. Refund will be processed shortly, please allow within 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect back to your account." As if they needed me to prove to them that they actually signed for the package.
I have sent multiple emails requesting details to return two dresses for refund, and I have not had a response within 48h as advertised on their website to any of my emails. Shocked by their poor returns system. Still waiting and approaching the 30 days return policy, but they aren’t getting back to me. Really poor service
Commande bien reçue au bout de 6 jours. Mais la rive est bien trop grande par rapport aux dimensions données par le site. Je chercher à renvoyer la rive pour me faire rembourser cependant je n’ai aucune réponse de la part d’ever pretty. Cela fait une semaine que j’attends l’adresse de renvoi… or nous n’avons que 30 jours pour renvoyer… Je suis très déçue ! Je ne recommanderai pas !

Need to exchange wedding dress as too small ( dress is lovely). Tried calling but constant ansaphone with no call back received to messages and no response to email. Online chat facility not working. Wedding in 4 weeks and now starting to worry . Stressful situation when it’s really no needed.

I ordered a dress for my prom and it arrived after the event, on the website it stated the dress would arrive within 24 days maximum, however it didn’t come for 28 days. Further to that the dress had a custom size option as well as normal sizing, I opted for the general size and did not get a custom size, however I was told I would not be able to return this as it was custom made. Yet I had not added any measurements, requirements etc. Shocking customer service and totally unhelpful.
I have bought 2 dresses from you and returned with proof of postage as asked. Neither have been refunded. I see this is some sort of scam as others have the same problem. I am a single mum and do not have spare cash to throw about. I have messaged you many times on your global service email and get fobbed off by you the whole time. This is terrible. You owe me money, items have been returned. I need the refund otherwise I will take this further to small claims.
Ordered two dresses sent one back at a cost to me which is fine but havnt received refund unfortunately I have the receipt for the postage but not the tracking number costly experience of over £50 will never order again so beware I have now been refunded for my returns so would just like to make everyone aware
Don't order from here if your not sure if it fits Many fees charged for returning anything. Requires customer to pay for postage to return and requires tracked delivery. Have to provide picture proof of delivery otherwise they effectively steal the dress back and keep the money. If you've not put the tag in the right place they will refuse refund Had to contact support to get them to actually confirm that they received the parcel If you do get a refund, expect the following fees - Discount code used fee - postage fee (which is 1.3x the price of royal mail special delivery by 1pm) - restocking fee if you order multiple dresses (which they charge on a per package basis ) All in all, if you were to spend £55 on a dress, expect to lose £12.50 in fees and another £8.50 on posting it back Save your money and go somewhere else that won't nickel and dime you
I admit on reading a few of the reviews I was unsure of ordering from Ever-Pretty, but I did.... Delivery took a while to arrive. Quality was ok but arrived really creased. Both dresses were not quite right so I returned them on 8 April 2024. I have been informed that my return has yet to be received (now 10 days later) and therefore I am still yet to receive a refund despite giving proof of purchase and return, and numerous emails back and forth. Yesterday I received an email from the customer service team to say my parcel has been received and I would get a refund within 5-7 days only to receive another email this morning to say it hasn't been received!!! Very disappointing and would never order from this company again.
Dresses were gorgeous but ran small. The return policy and process is diabolical!! Paying to return wasn’t expected but minor. Now 8 days after they’ve received the item (sent tracked), I keep being told to wait a few more days!! Told them today I wanted the refund processed now or I’d be seeking to have the payment refunded via my bank. wouldn’t deal with them again. UPDATE: Having still not received my refund, I had to get onto chat again (no one answers the phone) and the agent had to cheek to say I’d sent the parcel to the wrong address even though I’d already had two agents confirm receipt and I had to send the screenshots to prove it. Still no refund & now agents trying to blag their way out of it. Awful awful company to deal with. AVOID

May 09,2024J'ai commandé 2 robes qui sont très belles et de superbes qualités par contre bémol sur la procédure de renvoi car cela fait plus de 10 jours que j'envoi des mails j'en suis à mon 3ème et aucune réponse en retour. Donc à ce jour je ne peux toujours pas renvoyé une des 2 robes et ainsi avoir mon remboursement... Dommage car j'aurais bien commandé de nouveau mais si je ne peux pas faire de retour je ne commanderai plus.
