Mar 08,2024Awful. Terrible quality dress, no instructions on how to return , I had to contact Debenhams who then put me in touch with Ever Pretty. I returned the item which was acknowledged but I was only refunded £5.39 out of £119.99 due. I’ve emailed Ever Pretty but no one replies to emails. The phone number given is incorrect, Debenhams haven’t replied. It’s appalling. Do not buy from this company.

I was very pleased with my purchases and they are true to size with the measurements they have on their website. I will definitely use ever pretty again and highly recommend to everyone esp if looking for bridesmaids dresses thank you for making my shopping easy

Mar 03,2024Nice dresses, but customer service and communication absolutely useless. I tried to exchange a dress for a different size. Sent proof of postage, didn’t hear anything for weeks. Sent at least 3 further emails asking for an update, no reply. Spoke to someone on live chat who confirmed they physically have my returned dress and the exchange would be sorted. Received another email after this saying I still need to send proof of postage….despite physically having the dress. Still having a carry on back and forth via email. Not sure if I’m going to get an exchange or even my money back. Communication is shocking, they have no idea what is going on amongst themselves. Fine if you want to keep the dress but good luck trying to exchange/return.

Mar 02,2024Stunning dresses and very good quality. I ordered my bridesmaids true sizes following the guide online but 2 off them have had to go up 2 dress sizes so I would recommend sizing up. Customer service team have been fantastic with the return process and very quick to respond and keep me updated. My only negative is having to pay to post the dresses back hence the 4* review not a 5*. Otherwise very happy with my experience and would definitely use again

Feb 24,2024Willing to change my review if I get help. Ordered 4 dresses. 1 was marked at front. So I returned it and it was quickly replaced - with the wrong colour. Now getting no response. Returned the ‘wrong colour’ dress and another which was too small (sizes quoted are not accurate) in the hope that the correct dresses are sent out in time for my wedding but responses from Jayvee, Khalil and Anne are uncoordinated and few and far between. 1 star until they can redeem themselves. Meantime I strongly recommend you avoid like the plague.

Feb 20,2024Commande passée en décembre. Je n’ai jamais eu de mail de confirmation de commande donc pas de numéro de commande à fournir. Mon compte a bien été débité et j’ai reçu l’article. Pour un problème de taille, j’aimerais procéder à un échange mais le service client ne me réponds plus malgré mes relances. Cela est inadmissible !!!

Feb 20,2024La 1ère commande s'est plutot bien passée mais pour la 2ème commande pas du tout ! J'ai commandé 2 packs de 3 robes (vente flash) et j'ai eu 2x2 "robes" identiques. Une robe de marié que je ne mettrai pas... Aucune des "robes" ne sont en vente sur ce site ou ne correspondent aux photos. Elles sont vraiment horrible ! J'ai mis robe entre guillemets car il y avait un Pyjama dans le lot (short et haut). Bref du vol ! De plus, méfiez-vous des avis sur le site ils sont filtrés pour ne garder que les 4 ou 5 étoiles, les autres ne sont jamais publiés ! Suite à votre réponse je rajoute mon numéro de commande : EPSITEFR53154 Je changerai mon avis si vous prenez réellement en compte mon problème

Feb 20,2024Buyer Beware! I returned a dress, it did not fit properly and the fabric of poor quality. I returned the dress and I am still waiting for my refund. Additionally, there is a return fee on the item. I will not use this site again. Customers cannot speak to a live representative or a chat and the email response is a generic automated response. I am so grateful that I did not purchase a more expensive dress.

Feb 18,2024Ordered 15 dresses in total 9 need to be returned and are for a wedding. Still waiting for returns label or any response to the communication with the company. Do not use under any circumstances.

Feb 16,2024Still waiting for return instructions? Ordered same dress in 2 sizes, so 1 needs to be returned. I have emailed 9 times now with no response? My friend is also waiting a refund as she ordered dresses, they took the money but didn't dispatch the dresses? Terrible company to deal with!!
