Mar 20,2024Personally I found the dresses to look very cheap and of a low quality. As they have no shops like most I ordered a few dresses. Thought the process of paying to return the dresses isn’t good when prepaid labels are much easier for the customer. I also got stung with a restocking fee which I personally wasn’t aware of before ordering. I’d I had known I wouldn’t have bought from there. Cheap dresses that has now cost me £40 and I haven’t even got a dress!

Mar 17,2024I really like the styles and choices of dresses offered but the sizing is hard to figure out. Reviews from previous purchasers will tell you that some dresses run big or small which can make your decision on what size to order difficult. I've ordered at least 7 dresses and each one has been beautiful and arrived with fast shipping. But I've also had to return some because although they were my size, they did not fit. Ever Pretty does not have stores where you can visit, so you're buying solely based on the pictures of models wearing the dresses and, unlike other retailers, you will have to pay to return them. The process is very smooth and the customer service agents are friendly and give you clear instructions at each step. I'd rather have paid an extra couple dollars for each dress, even the ones I kept, to be able to get a prepaid shipping label provided for the ones I had to return. The dresses are beautiful but the cost and effort it takes to return items when they don't fit made me only give them 4 stars.

Mar 17,2024There was a technical issue and so they couldn’t provide me with a returns label. Told to return to address provided. Did just that. Parcel was signed for at company on 24th February. Ever pretty are not replying to Debenhams regarding my refund and therefore still not received my refund. Now seeking advice.

Mar 13,2024I had worst worst experience with Ever-Pretty as a first time customer. I have been using online shopping with so many websites but never had this kind of experience. I ordered couple of dresses to try for my baby shower and all of those were very lose and I wanted to exchange one of the dress but my size wasn't available, so I wanted to return all dresses and then they said they can't refund as it was in Final Sale. I remember very well, when I was purchasing, those items wasn't tagged as Final Sale. Now I have those dresses which doesn't fit me and I can't return and get my refund. I requested sooooo many times on email, on chat but they don't understand at all and help me with return. Feels like I have been scammed.

Mar 12,2024Ordered bridesmaid dresses to try. Impressed with quality for the prices. Having been able to try them on, we decided on a different style but it confirmed our choice of colour. The returns process was straight forward and advisor was very helpful as I made a couple of amendments to the returns. A restocking fee is charged & you pay for returns, but this is all made clear in the returns policy. Refund was issued promptly. Would recommend dresses and company.

Mar 10,2024I purchased 2 dresses but as they weren't to my tast I returned them using signed for service. Later I realised that I should have used tracking but this wasn't a problem. My parcel wasn't found but I still got a refund. Will continue using this company until I find the right dress

Mar 10,2024My daughter and I ordered dresses for my sister's wedding. Very nice dresses well-made fairly true to size. Had to return two of them, returns process was a little drawn out, but nevertheless I received a refund very quickly and the communication with the staff via email was prompt. All in all a great experience.

Mar 09,2024Ordered 2 dresses one from Debenhams website and one directly from Everpretty, cannot get a refund for either although sent back weeks ago. I actually don’t think there’s a possibility of getting a refund on either sadly so feel I should warn people to be careful before buying of here. There has been correspondence but feel they are polite while give no refund. I would never buy from such a site and would point out not even safe to do so even on Debenhams site as you can’t send back to Debenhams items have to go back to Everpretty who certainly in my case impossible to get a refund. All Everpretty do is ask for order number and details and say they will look into refund but they don’t. I feel I’ve been totally scammed by this company.

Mar 09,2024I ordered 6 dresses for my bridesmaids. They were £50 each so wasnt sure on the quality. They arrived very quickly and were well packed. The girls came round to try the dresses on. They all commented on the quality of the dresses and the fit. Which was excellent. Out of the 6 only 2 needed to be changed. I contacted Ever-pretty and they were quick to respond I let them know I needed to exchange and this was done with no fuss and an email explaining what to do. My replacements are now in transit. I am a very happy customer!
