Sep 19,2023Still waiting on my refund! I have provided proof of postage as mentioned in returns policy. I have been told my parcel has still yet to be received at their end. What an absolute hassle! I see from other reviews this is not the first time this has happened. I will not be buying from this site again! My order number is EPSITEUK201538

Sep 14,2023Dress was beautiful but too small. Return went very well with easy instructions and my account was credited as soon as they received it. I will order from Ever-pretty again but will order larger size as it appears the sizes run smaller

Sep 13,2023Dresses arrived quickly, but unfortunately were far too small, even though I ordered a size bigger! Having contacted Everpretty via email, I was given an address to return the package back to and was asked for the tracking and receipt to be shared. (I would suggest that the instructions need to be clearer, especially regarding which tracker service to use.) I duly did all this and then battled to receive a refund of over £100, as the tracking wasn’t updated by Royal Mail to advise that the package had been received, that was required to prompt the refund. I had put a note in the parcel, just in case. Everpretty were very swift to reply back to my various emails, which was good and I did receive a refund eventually after complaining and advising I would go through my credit card to get a refund. Unfortunately, I will not order again!

Sep 10,2023Seriously, you have to review the returns policy. Charging a 5% restocking fee (never seen this before), and additionally, I have to pay for returns. Will see how the returns will be processed.

Sep 08,2023I loved my wedding dress I purchased. Was a bit unsure ordering online because of sizes etc. IT WAS PERFECT !!! I'm a size 16 but I ordered a size bigger. It fit perfectly. Wish I could add a photo. It was perfect and would highly recommend x 👰♀️👰♀️👰

Sep 08,2023Ever-Pretty has the best Customer Service on the Planet. From Order through Returns...their staff has your back all the way! The whole process was incredibly easy because they took the time to explain several options to me with regard to returning my beautiful but slightly snug dress. I opted for their store credit due to their extensive selection of gorgeous dresses from mini to full length. As soon as my return arrives at their facility, I will be ordering another dress. My son is getting married at the end of this month so time is crucial. I got the first formal dress in two days from the day I ordered it. That gave me time to expeditiously return my original order and in 2-3 days be able to order another totally different dress if I choose to but, in one size larger. Great company to do business with.:.Thank you

Sep 07,2023Absolutely awful! The customer service is appalling and i think they really need to look at their returns policy, especially when the items are faulty or of poor quality. Had to fight for my refund, after they told me my "return has not been received" when i queried after a week of not hearing anything. Even though i had to pay for tracked 48 hours royal mail service! As soon as I said I would contact my bank to recall my money, they suddenly found it and refunded me! Can see from other reviews, that this is a commen occurance too! Will not be re purchasing from them and urge anyone to read the reviews and their terms and conditions before purchasing!

This was the first time I had ordered from Ever-Pretty. The product was beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding.

Sep 19,2023I ordered the pink dress, it is a beautiful well made dress but the US8 was too big so I had to get it altered, which cost me a lot. My experience hasn’t been good with Everpretty, first of all I was overcharged, then the dress didn’t fit.
