Easy to use website. Test instructions clear, with pre-paid return envelope. We rang to enquire about test turn around as we had cut things a bit fine. Chap on the phone very helpful. Offered to personally keep an eye out for our results and chase the email certificate. Very happy with the service
Fit to Fly test experience. We ordered fit to fly tests for home use on a Tuesday evening as we were flying out Sunday. The kits were in stock but were not sent out by EG until Thursday on a Royal Mail 48 hence they only arrived Saturday but I was very nervous because we had cut it too fine. EG were extremely attentive in following up the progress of the shipment and rang every day right up to confirming we had received the kits. So order your kits a bit earlier than we did! There is no option to pay for overnight delivery and you cannot do click and collect with this company. It was reassuring that this company has a landline with helpful staff. Shirley was really caring

I'm going abroad soon and needed to purchase a lateral flow test and Everything Genetic Ltd was recommended to me. I went online and registered for a flow test and it was in the back of my mind have I ordered the correct one. I have just received a call from Shirley at Everything just confirming that everything was correct and if I needed any further information just call them. I simply cannot compliment Everything Genetic enough! I had ordered my LFT kit in advance, but when I arrived to the UK it turned out that the hotel I booked a room with had lost the kit and couldn't find it anywhere. I was extremely stressed about that, but Everything Genetic's Customer Care team members were extremely kind and understanding: they calmed me down, explained what I needed to do, and arranged a new kit to be sent my way the same day I ordered it, which was more than crucial in my case. As for the kit and reporting the results - everything was great there as well: the instructions were clear, the website was intuitive, and I got my official test report within literally three minutes after uploading my details. Overall - I've had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Everything Genetic to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and caring provider!
I put the order in on a Sunday but the pack only arrived midday on a Wednesday. This was the day I returned home to Germany. Honestly, the whole process is nonsense. My trip - I left Germany early Monday morning to the UK and then left back to Germany on Wednesday evening. So I took the test just before I left to go to the airport (Manchester). Completing the documentation is also a pfaff! Repeating the same information over and over when and how. Please check yourself. I only travel to the UK for business I won't do it for the pleasure it's too painful. Unfortunately, I am traveling again to the UK next Monday (31st Jan) I will use your product reluctantly. Please dispatch quicker!

Absolutely delightful company. I decided to go for everything genetic because my parents had had such a great experience. Now my fiancée and I are travelling and ordered from them. Everything came quite quickly (within 2/3 days of purchase) and I had calls from them everyday since it was delivered just making sure we received everything and the order was correct. Super kind customer care advisors as well. Great work, keep it up guys!
Had used Everything Genetic before and found them to be efficient. I just wish there was a quicker way of filling in the form without having to repeat details already recorded. Scrolling through the calendar to find my birthdate too ages, there must be a quicker way. Would still use them again, and best of all they're not part of the discredited Randox.
Before ordering day 2 lateral flow tests for our planned return from Spain, my wife rang with a query and got through quickly by phone (a great help). The query was quickly answered and we placed the order online. Sometime later we were called to check if everything was OK, and I ran through some aspects of the procedures with the agent, and all seemed clear. He told me when the delivery should occur (2 days) and he would ring again the next day to check that all was still OK. Everthing happened as promised and so far we are very pleased with the service.
For a Day 2 Antigen test I gave this company personal data including date of birth, passport number, NHS number, address, email etc, etc and then the web journey ended stating Error 2. I phoned their customer service telephone line and had an agent lie to me saying mine was an isolated incident. Read the reviews on TrustPilot - definitely not an isolated incident and this company should not be on the government's recommended COVID testing list. Complete waste of time and I have no knowledge of where all my personal information given to them is presently stored.
So helpful. Everything was really well organised. Tests were tracked, were sent early so we received them on time, then we had a courtesy call to check everything was ok and that we understood the process. Friendly, helpful team member who listened to my queries and acted on them. I was so impressed. Thank-you Everything Genetic. First class service - would highly recommend them.
