Straightforward, results received almost immediately.
I have ordered Day 2 PCR test on 14 December 2021 for me and my wife. The present regulations free you from self-isolation when you you get a negative result. I shipped the tests on 16 December at 16;15 hours in a Royal Mail office. I got my results on 18 December at 23:03 and my wife's on 19 December at 01:08. With a better service I could have shortened my self isolation with one day (Saturday is good for shopping)! Also on another occasion a lateral flow test ordered on 27 Nov. 2021 was due to arrive on 1 December 2021 (Day 2) and arrived on 2 December. The Customer care simply answered 'Case closed'.
I ordered the Day 2 testing kit days in advance, there was plenty of time to ship it in a timely fashion. The kit was shipped too late (ON day 2!), according to the automated shipping email, and did not arrive before I had left the country again. I assume the kit arrived eventually, not that I'd know. It probably clutters up my hotel's storage room now. Crappy service, not recommended!
Test did not come on time defying its purpose. Poor service and money wasted. Paid £15 for nothing really. This company, like many other allegedly verified by our government, falls under category of the pandemic scumming. No safety, no care. Just getting money out of people's pockets. Scandalous. 👿
Package arrived 5 days later than needed, so actually no use for the service. Money paid and had to do the test somewhere else to be in the time frame. EVERY1161931
Very bad service, ordered tests for the 2nd day and they arrived after 7 days. So don't use this company for tests.

Had an issue with an activation code. Used phone number available online to contact customer service spoke with Edward. Lovely chap direct and helpful. Stayed on the line until we were sure the issue was sorted. Thanks Ed.

Did two tests in two weeks. First was midweek and very quick results. Second was a Friday night and even with 7 am pickup took over 3 days for results. Note to self try not to test on the weekend.
I was not able to make the flight due to regulatory changes. I've asked for a refund on the Day 2 Covid test and got no reply. Expected an email reverting the refund conditions and some money back. :-(
UPDATE: 96 hours, still no results. Avoid this company. Got back from US last Monday, had ordered tests on the previous Friday which arrived tuesday, so we did the PCR tests and posted them off on the same day. It's now Saturday, and we've had NO results back. We feel perfectly fine but have to isolate while this ridiculous company sits on its hands and laughs all the way to the bank. These companies seem to be aware of the situation; they can provide a dire service and blame Covid for their faults. "Oh it's because of Covid, there's a backlog, there's this, there's that, covid covid covid".
Hi, on Nov 26: I ordered online and purchased 2 lateral flow test kits at £32.50 as required by UK government for travellers entering the UK. I was in France travelling with my mother then. My order number is EVERY2934848. Passenger locator ref is: EVERY1159130 Less than 48 hours later, while we were still in France, we received news that UK government had tightened the border measures due to the Omicron variant and required a PCR test on Day 2 arrival instead of Lateral Flow. I called up your customer service right away and spoke to your staff and also sent an email requesting for a order cancellation and a total full refund. Unfortunately, the parcel was already delivered before my arrival into UK. Your staff instructed me to return the unopened parcel via post office in order to receive a full refund which would be credited back to the same credit card that I purchased from. On Dec 2nd, I dropped the unopened parcel with “return to sender” written on it at the Cambridge town post office.Till date, Dec 18th, I have not received any email update regarding my refund. I will appreciate if you could kindly follow up on my full refund request. The unopened parcel has been returned since 2 weeks ago. Thank you very much for your help.
Tests never arrived on time, and customer service were very unhelpful when I contacted them to request a refund. I told them that I wanted a refund and didn't need the test anymore. They still went ahead and sent the tests. When I contacted them again to claim my money back, they told me that I would have to send back the tests and pay for the postage to get it. What a joke! I am still waiting for them to be decent and refund me!
Ordered day 2 lateral flow tests from from Everything Genetic and then Government changed requirement from LFT to PCR. Contacted Everything Genetic requesting cancellation ( tests had not been dispatched yet) but all communication ignored, LFT were then dispatched but of no use whatsoever. No response at all from EG.
Missing components in test kit - caused incredible inconvenience and delay in getting test result - had to resort to another service provider
My antijen arrived on time and test result was back quick too good company 🙏
Day two test from Everything Genetic. Got the result back within 48 hours of posting it off, and as half of that the test was in the post, that's fine.
