Useless to me Total disconnect between selling the product and servicing the sale. The guidelines from the airlines were conflicting: specifically about what constituted 'proof' needed to verify the test results. So I contacted EG for help. Stating that they are not responsible for the testing or reporting, EG sent me to a third party, which I contacted. This company then said that I had to refer to the airlines or the USA for clarification, and they both sent me back to the marketer of the tests, EG, who then sent me to the third party...and so on. So I received a complete run-around from EG when I needed guidance on pre/post flight testing for the USA, passing responsibility for providing any answers to my questions to different company or agency. I was then told that I needed to make a video of myself administering the test, and to follow QR links in order to do this. The QR links didn't work, and then when I tried to upload the ridiculous video there was no way to do it: this continued for the three days running up to my flight to the extent that I finally decided to not take my trip at all and had to cancel my travel plans that had been set months in advance. I will use another testing service in future, and won't work with EG ever again. I would recommend Randox testing centres to anyone who asks, as they were finally (but too late) very responsive and helpful and open and located in useful locations for in person services rather than remote control attempts to work with me. Everything was fine but I was given the impression that I needed to video myself doing the test and it turns out it was not necessary (after phoning your call centre). This made the process a little annoying.
The test arrived with 3 days delay, no return package has been provided. There was no answer to my request to send me a return address or provide an envelope to send the test to the laboratory in. Thanks to NHS for not paying much attention to the PCR testing upon arrival process, otherwise we’d be in trouble, as Everything Genetics just forced us to break the rules
No problems encountered during telephone conversations, answered all queries. Online purchasing was simple, with no drama, tests arrived as promised in good time and securely packaged with good concise instructions. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Terrible. I was told that I would have my results back in 24 hours, at most 36 hours. There was no communication. 48 hours went by. I had to chase the results and it turned out they had been lost. They at least gave a full refund and the staff were friendly and polite. But having to stay in quarantine for an extra week was awful.
Very helpfully but sometimes it do not arrive in the time described.
Result returned at 48 hours of receipt of swab at lab, so fairly quick turnaround given the current state of the virus in the UK. Thanks.
We couldn't use the tests, since the rules changed after we bought them.
Great Service
Company was supposed to send these on day of our returned to the Uk but posted them out the day after we left, so obviously arrived while we were away and had a lot of issues due to a delivery signature being required. Testing policy changed while we were away to PCR tests only, so we never used these tests. I emailed Everything Genetic to enquire about a refund or if we could use them as 'fit to fly' tests at a future date but have received no reply.
Test arrived promptly and it wasn’t overpriced like some companies.

I recently purchased two Lateral Flow tests, for arrival back into the UK. The booking system was as easy as could be, clear and concise. Following the order process i received confirmation, followed by the expected date of arrival. This was surpassed by a number of days, excellent customer service. Once we returned to the UK we took the day two tests, again these were easy to follow, without any confusion. We sent the results via e-mail, then received the confirmations from the testing body the same day. Excellent service all round, i have since recommended EGL to family and friends.
I had to buy day two tests twice in October and November due to business trips to the continent. Each time, one pcr, the other lateral, there were no issues in ordering, receipt, use and return/reporting, upon reading and following use guidance. Worked like clockwork. Stress free. The only problem was with the Royal Mail. My test came a day late and I was checking out of the hotel. Otherwise, the company was great.

Dec 16,2021Ordered tests from them for 2 day test and it did not arrive until after the date we had to have one by. Had to buy another from a different supplier to release from quarantine. Contacted them and no reply. Previous experience with them was really good so disappointed with the last one.
