Ordered 2 test kits from EG. Arrived in tike for our day 2 test. Very clear instructions on how to do and submit the test. I have used this company in the past a few times. Their customer services are definitely much better now than the first time I used them. Will use them again. And I recommend using them to everyone who needs to travel at this time.

Don't waste your time, money and resultant stress, not to mention two wasted flights etc.etc. Everything Genetic put the wrong address on my package, though they used correct post code. Following reply from Royal Mail confirm wrong address for correct post code, hence not delivered. Dear (deleted) I’m sorry you’ve not received the item noted, reference number QC301773234GB. I’ve checked our tracking records and it appears the address on the item doesn’t match the one you provided in your email, supplied as (deleted my address). The address used on the mailing was invalid, as per your email, with item QC301773234GB having been marked for return to sender as a result. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, I’m unable to share the address details held on record for this item, sorry. You’ll need to check that with the sender directly. Fair-priced day 2 lateral flow test. Delivered without requiring a signature so its ideal for ordering whilst out of the country for your return. However, the website and registration process was not user friendly and I found it frustrating and confusing to order it. Also, because I was out of the country, the website wouldn't let me enter my UK address. Ultimately I had to download a VPN and set it to pretend I was in the UK to be able to enter my UK delivery address. Tedious and unnecessarily stressful way to spend an evening whilst on holiday! You get what you pay for.

Our PCR tests took days to get to the labs despite being posted in an NHS Priority post box. But Everything Genetic turned round the tests and got the results back to us very quickly. 5 stars for Everything Genetic. 1 star for the Post Office
We bought the lateral flow tests just before the government rules changed and we then had to buy PCR tests instead. The lateral flow tests are still in the envelopes unopened. They arrived quickly but I can't say more than that.
Ordering was straight forward and I received updates on shipping. Quite happy with the delivery as it was here on time and I could follow the instructions easily. Very importantly it was not expensive at all.
It arrived on day 5 not day 2how it was supposed to be. Due to that had to stay isolated at home and could have any of the plans I had to do
Good provider with NHS staff discount, although website glitches made it somehow difficult to book with the discounted rate. Tests arrived on day 2 Will book in plenty of time to try and get the test done on day 0 given the constantly changing guidance if NHS discount continues to offer and advantage compared to other test providers. An option to collect tests maybe helpful

Very slow delivery, poor value for money. Kit itself was fine. Makes you appreciate how 100 x better the NHS service is.
Was supposed to take my test on day 2 of arriving (Tuesday) Test was not dispatched until the afternoon of day two and took two days to arrive. arrived on Thursday afternoon . promptly did my test and posted it Thursday afternoon- got the results back Saturday. Process should be for me to have the kit delivered before I need to take the test so I can do it on the day not two days later.
I have a very bad experience with this Lab. i have ordered day 2 test and fit to fly test Package and the amount deducted from my account that was few days before me travel , i kept waiting for day 2 test package to come to me however in day 1,2,3 nothing came, i tried to call several times and after a couple of days managed to get in touch with some one of the customer services, who checked and mentioned that there was an issue in the system, and they missed my order and said we will dispatch day 2 and fit to fly test and that will come to me after 2 days . i received day 2 test package in day 5 the night i was traveling back and of course i had to arrange for another place to do my fit to fly test.
Turnaround time was quick (24hrs) once Royal Mail actually delivered it. The test and instructions were ok, but to post everything back, they gave me a small square cardboard flat envelope which to be honest left me worried it might rip open in transit! I had to really squeeze it in. They should use the small boxes like the other providers do. Loses one star for that. Loses a 2nd star because they put their prices up £10 as soon as the rules changed (i.e. knowing more people would need the PCR tests). For anyone doing these day2 type tests - currently Royal Mail don't always scan the package straight away. So expect delays in the package getting to the labs. Once arrived at the lab, Everything Genetic sent the results back within 24 hours.
I booked a day 2 test and it was not shipped until my day 4. So I did not receive the test on time and did not need it anymore when it arrived. I asked for a refund as it was obviously dispatched too late and I was told that I have to send my test back. I did and I still have not received a refund after 21 days.
