It took forever to get the funds transferred, emails would take 2 weeks to even get looked at, then if there was a problem it took another 2 weeks to tell me and so it went on, when I rang up I was told there was a problem opening my application but it was now ok, then weeks later I was asked to complete another different form, it took over 6 months to get this one simple transaction completed.
Everything was explained brilliantly, very easy communicating with . Dealt with all my queeries and transactions effortlessly and quickly .

The worst user experience. You just cannot login to the web portal and would never get the authentication to your mobile phone.
Started new pension with evolve Site easy to use and clear Calculator is useful too
I received a email asking to rate evolve pensions on trust pilot today. I’ve never heard of this company or had any dealing with them.
Main issue is customer services, who respond in 10 days to requests. Yes, 10 days. They do state that is their response time but seems an extremely long time to get a simple answer. They don’t seem to have a number you can call so you’re stuck with a long wait. Apart from that the online portal is ok, I haven’t benchmarked their fund performance and fees to others but expect it’s in line with the average.
well just had my investment moved to another provider not happy they took too long univesting it i lost a lot of money not happy
Hardly or never replying to emails. Impossible to get on the phone. Unhelpful for private person.
The communication if very difficult. I am trying to get a form and it takes ages for the staff to reply more than 10 days as they say,

I have been with evolve for a long time through my work place pension scheme and have always felt they are hard to deal with and my financial advisor has always struggled to get any information from them concerning my pension! I am also concerned by the amount of exposure and volatility my pension pot was subjected to from the Ukraine war.
I found Evolve pensions very professional and easy to deal with.
