Sep 11,2022I gave 1 star as I have had absolutely no contact with this company whatsoever beyond the regular monthly email they send which tends also to be irrelevant to my daily life. these emails seem to be very generic and not aimed at me personally. I am almost certain that I will not live to collect this pension, and as I have, as far as I am aware, not made any contributions to this pension in the past 25 years or so, and so I do not care. I am asked to rate my experience... my experience of what? This is utter nonsense.
