Mar 19,2024A while ago I ordered a product and paid with cash (an additional purchase not a member credit), unfortunately I had to return them and was offered store credit. Liking the quality of their clothing I wasn't that fussed because I knew I would return to buy something at some point. I recently found some great products in their members sale and added them all to my basket. To my surprise the sale was removed due to my store credit (almost as if it was a promo code). I contacted customer service who informed me you can only use store credit on full price items. Any other store would credit a gift card with the amount and let you spend it on whatever you choose. Not Fabletics though... they treat store credit as a promotional code that can't be used with any other offer/sale. As you can see from their response below this review. (kind of proving my point 😂) I understand customer service have a really rubbish job because there are so many flaws in the Fabletics system but my experience has been very cold with an air of "sucks to be you", "there's nothing we can do" attitude. Now I'm in the position to have to buy something full price simply so I don't lose my money in their system. Always demand a full refund to your payment card when returning something purchased as extra.

Mar 19,2024Updated 3 months in - been through 2 lots of 2 x leggings and yet to find something suitable, latest return now refunded and ended membership. Luckily I remembered to SKIP at the beginning of each month, so not charged. (Again not straight-forward, click skip think you’ve skipped but offers come up, so you have to scroll to bottom to actually skip, ie. Click twice - very sneaky) Very little alternative to plain colours, little patterns, very poor choice in short length and my size - nothing fit properly for me that arrived, one having sewed stripes which ran right behind my knees making very uncomfortable. Had to go through chat to end the membership and got very annoyed with the multiple offers to try & get me to stay, despite advising I didn’t want sales patter & wanted to cancel still got 3 messages with credit offers etc. to stay. Poor experience for me personally. Original: Clicked a link in instagram - offer also detailed free delivery in first hour - but no charged delivery. Boost leggings viewed in insta not available in my size, in fact struggled to find 2 pairs in my size I liked. Very few patterns available. Will wait and see if comfortable and breathable but not impressed with limited choice so far

Mar 18,2024Great that I can change the model and view sizes. I would love to see a feature to update the shopping cart. I usually like to search bundles and take time to swap my choices. I keep in mind what I already have and would like to "update" rather than have to add a new order (pay with VIP Member).

Mar 18,2024Your PDPs are very often not able to be viewed, meaning a customer cannot add a product to basket easily. This issue happens frequently and isn't a one off. At check out, there were numerous issues with adding a new card and if I didn't really need the items I was purchasing/wanted to use up my credits, I'd have certainly bounced from the site and wouldn't return again as it is so frustrating.

Mar 16,2024Happy to accept returns but they keep your money … I cancelled my subscription before it had even been a month and that took 3 attempts from 3 different agents . The clothes were nice but I found not to be a good fit for me . Simple returns ? They use a slow service ( unless you want to pay of course ) Returned on 5/3 , was not received back to them til 11/3 . It’s now 26/3 and I still do not have a refund or even acknowledgement of one . That is 15 days they have had the return without even initiating a refund . 1 star is being generous . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Mar 14,2024Please avoid! I bought 2 for £24 leggings in Feb which arrived and were more like tights! I have now been charged £59.99 subscription fee which is hidden in the depths of their small print and not made very clear. It's a total trick & a scam and anyone who is thinking of ordering please think twice!

I bought in good faith products from Fabletics at a sale price, and was conned into a monthly £59.99 monthly billing membership plan (which is more than I even spent on thre store in the first place!) I was unaware of and DID NOT agree to? With no warning payment was taken. Now cancelled but they are not refunding me

Mar 12,2024Please be aware all positive reviews are invited by the business. So that should speak volumes. All true reviews are honest reviews. SO disgustingly sneaky as a business. - the whole system is setup to scam you. - Will be reporting to office of Fair trade. A basket worth £58 as soon as i hit pay goes to 228! - And I cant cancel till 10 am by which time its 'shipped' so I have to wait 5 days to see if it was cancelled. Then they will process a payment. - Was also told to prove I had the stuff for £58 - No mate I love paying £64.00 for shorts in this day and age. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONMEN AND WOMEN - DISGRACE - RUDE - SWINDLERS Oh and the reply below say please speak to social media team. I messaged them 12 hrs ago and haven't even had an acknowledgement. The UK customer service team say 'sorry you had a bad experience please wrefere a friend... They literally don't care ' USE GYMSHARK '

Mar 12,2024Disgraceful company. Bought two pairs of leggings on the 2 for £24 offer and apparently signed up to pay a £55 per month subscription! I eventually found this, not in the small print, it was in the minuscule print. They make it exceptionally hard to cancel. Avoid at all costs Update after Fabletics reply: For anyone reading their response and thinking they’re reputable, they are not! When I called to get my subscription refunded the agent “understood my frustration that it was not clear what I was being signed up for”. They clearly know what they’re doing is disingenuous.

Mar 12,2024Bought some shorts on offer in the 2 for £24, well I thought I did! Luckily I noticed in the email confirmation I had been auto signed up for a £60 per month subscription! Now requested a refund and for my account to be deleted. In what world do you have to get a subscription to buy a pair of shorts!! Avoid this company, it's false advertising and very sneaky. Be careful and buy elsewhere.

Mar 12,2024Absolute con of a site. Takes 50 odd pounds off you a month as part of VIP them only allows you to use that on one item. So if item is say £20 you lose £30 odd. Avoid Edit if the two piece is over your credit which they mostly are you can’t use it and put the rest so that reply is rubbish….avoid

Mar 11,2024Got a set of tights and sports bra. The material is so far the best compared to my other gym wear clothes. I don’t like anything that jiggles when I’m running and these are a perfect fit. I’m no longer worried about anything jiggling while doing jumping jacks or running. The other thing is that u can’t see a sweat patch even though I will be sweating. The material allows air circulation and you feel fresh throughout. I’m not gonna lie but I perform a lot better when wearing my fabletics. I feel confident and empowered. I just wish I could afford more because they are not cheap but worth it.
