Mar 11,2024Tried using the app, selected items etc and then wouldn't proceed to check out, kept promting to check billing address, re put in the information everything, still wouldn't allow me to add order. Even got a email to say I had things in the basket that wouldn't proceed to do this. I eventually went onto the website instead of app and it did it straight away. Very frustrating.

Mar 10,2024Your website is absolutely horrendous. It's so clunky to use on your phone. It was a painful experience. The size guide doesn't work. Had to open it in a different browser to actually see the guide, wouldn't work through in Instagram. The whole thing took me 20 mins.

Do not be fooled by their sales patter!!!*******I have been with Fabletics for years, and due to continued injuries, my decreasing income, and the increased price of the clothing, I have not been buying items from them for some time. However, you have to skip every month via your account between the 1st and 5th of every month. Which means you cannot relax, You are always looking at your calendar. However, some months get the better of you, and you totally forget, and they take over £50 from your bank account, and even if you tell them it was a mistake, you can't afford it, all they will do is offer you a discount on your next order. On top of that, I have now discovered that you have 12 months to spend the money or the keep it and you get nothing. I have now managed to stop my membership, but they state I have until August to spend one payment and March next year to spend the other. This is such an extortionate way of running a business. They do not care. Please stay away from this company.

Mar 10,2024Please please be warned of this company, so many people saying the same thing - I wish I would have looked into it sooner before purchasing. You will get scammed into their vip subscription without even knowing, it’s not obvious at all. It’s really hard to then cancel, once I got hold of someone they then said I had to go on the website each month to opt out of the vip scheme, after asking numerous times to take me off the system, it’s so frustrating going round in circles. I finally got refunded but I really really hope I don’t get charged again next month. So unethical and absurd marketing techniques. BEWARE

Mar 09,2024Absolute scam! I had cancelled my membership only to have been charged £59.99 a month later! When speaking to someone, I was told I was unable to get a refund! Ive been told my account is now closed but Im now worrying the same thing will happen again. Feeling extremely frustrated that I had no control at losing the £59.99.

Mar 09,2024Fabletics is Fab!!! However, due to experiencing (on numerous occasions), stock being low or out of stock, is why I'm giving one less star. Other than that I have no issues with Fabletics. The brand is satisfying in styles, colours, looks, sizes etc

Mar 09,2024The whole website is a scam, they sign you up for a monthly £55 charge which is hidden in the small print and in-exchange you get £80 off one item every month, nearly everything on the website is already discounted anyway so essentially you’re paying £55 for something that’s worth £25, will never be using the website again.

Mar 09,2024They trick customers into signing up to a membership of £54.99 per month, and make it really difficult to cancel. I've now called them every month for the last 5 months asking for a refund. I get the refund, but why can't I just cancel and not be a member? I can see from a comment below that customers need to sign into to their accounts and skip a month... Why? I don't want to skip, I want to be removed from your dodgy, unethical, frankly unlawful membership scheme.

Mar 08,2024There is no way the 5 star reviews on this company are real. Listen to the one star reviews. This company is a SCAM. They sign you up for a £54.99 per MONTH membership, which I had no idea I was signing up for. I'm a savvy shopper but I didn't see anything about this hidden in the small print or anything - they are 100% doing this in a hidden and nefarious way. They WANT to trick people into signing up, and the business relies on you not noticing. Incredibly unethical. The clothes are OK at best, and probably only just worth their biggest 'bait and switch' discount prices.

Mar 07,2024So dodgy. I have member credits though no items are available to buy, but the same items can be purchased if I buy them normally. Absolute Scam. Customer services don't reply either. Do not recommend, its a shame because it did used to be good and the leggings are nice.

Mar 06,2024Went into store and the product is decent and what I was looking for. Looked online to buy and I have a major issue with the business model. With current environmental concerns, buying clothes should absolutely not be on a subscription and especially one that people do not realise they have been signed upto - the company can argue buyers are fully informed as much as it wants, the reviews speak for themselves. Clothes should be purchased once and worn for as long as possible. Prices are rock bottom to suck people in - the cost of the first few items are likely less than their costs. It is clear they then make money by people unknowingly signing up for a subscription (ludicrous monthly cost) and creating obstacles for an individual to not pay each month. Can only skip on 5 days each month, can only cancel by calling/live chat so has to be business hours. I cannot think of one justifiable reason why you cannot cancel multiple months simultaneously other than they want the customer to forget and end up paying. I would happily have paid a normal price (more than the rock bottom one to suck you in but not the extortionate non-VIP) for the clothes - they seem decent quality and the style I was looking for. However I fundamentally disagree with how they run the business and have purchased from a competitor
