Feb 07,2025I can't believe this business is operating legally and, if it is, its certainly operating immorally. They flash a low price at you which is loosely connected to a VIP offer and let you check out... all good. At no point are you aware that you are signing up to a 'VIP membership' and a month later are getting a bill for £54.99. Feels like really poor customer experience, clandestine and borderline illegal. They've got one order from me but I'll never use them again due to the way they operate. Note to anyone in a similar position - they obviously know this is a bit of a scam as you can get you're money back if you take the time to phone them... I guess its on the customer to undertake their own customer service. WOW

Feb 07,2025so i done a one time purchase from this site, to which they auto signed me up to a monthly £49 a month membership (which to be fair they have refunded), when speaking to the customer service person to get the refund it was more about the hard sell of me staying as £50 a month customer by offering a 70% discount which isn't a great offer considering i'm already paying £50 a month not a year a month to then get a one of 70% offer to which i then haver to spend more money on there clothes, to which will be about £70-80 because you want to make use of the 70% offer. If you do a one of purchase from these Guys make sure you cancel the membership they auto sign you upto afterwards.

Feb 07,2025If I could give no stars I would. Total SCAM! I thought I was just buying some gym clothes (like I did with Fabletics a couple of years ago!), but they sneakily sign you up for their membership which costs nearly £55 per month!!! Really hard to cancel too! Will be taking this further.

Feb 07,2025Disgusting customer services. I was on the chat with someone called Mex. Their last response before just shutting down the chat after I was waiting for 15 minutes wa "Then please double-check what is the email you registered on that account where you placed the order is the order ion this account we are looking at is from 2020." They did not even let me respond just shut the case absolutely terrible service and I still have not had my refund.

Feb 07,2025Complete scam. The advert makes it out as if their product is two for one, but hoodwinks you into signing up for the VIP membership which then charges you £55 a month. Product is fairly poor quality anyway. Avoid at all cost.

Feb 06,2025Dogy company sneaky billing had to report them to my bank. They are selling clothes not a gym membership. Also trying to cancel it is another headache. Scammers

Feb 05,2025Avoid at all costs. Firstly I was really impressed with how quick the items arrived. I liked and kept some of the products and wanted to return other items. I had already checked their returns policy before I ordered - be careful of this. You only get a refund if you return in 14 days. Their site says 45 days but if you return after 14 you only get store credit. I already knew this and returned within the 14 days. Weeks later I sent them an email with my returns tracking number to ask what was happening with my refund. Back and forward now more weeks on and pointless questions from them. I raised a dispute with paypal. Fabletics then emailed me outside the dispute effectively saying they cannot issue a refund as I have raised a dispute. They can go on and agree to the dispute, instead they sent a generic reply on paypal about VIP credits which have nothing to do with my complaints. The products were good. they could have had a regular customer and some of my family but we will never order again. Also be aware you are signing up to a monthly membership cost. I did know this but you can only cancel your membership between the 2nd and the 5th of the month. I would happily have used their membership but due to this hassle I cancelled it and due to other peoples experience I also contacted paypal to cancel it too

Feb 03,2025AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! **they've replied to me stating that they make the VIP membership and price clear; they don't! If they did, they'd have far less 1* reviews!!!** This company is an absolute scam. It advertises 'cheap' sportswear and offers, and once you hand over your card details, it sets up billing for a monthly subscription of around £50! When you contact them, they send you around in circles, and I still haven't received a resolution, refund, or credit for my £50. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Feb 03,2025Very sneaky tactics from Fabletics. In tiny small print at bottom of order page where you input card details, it practically whispers you will be entered into a monthly membership package of £55 and you have to contact customer services to pause. So a) they make it difficult for you to know what you’re signing up to and b) they then make it difficult for you to come out of it once you see the transactions in your bank account! Speaking to customer services on web chat is like pulling teeth. I will never be ordering from Fabletics again!

Feb 03,2025Long story short, I had to cancel my VIP cause the app keeps on failing to allow to use my VIP credits. I've done that by phone and the lady who I spoke to, agreed to help me to go through the process of withdrawing my membership and sort it out for using my available credit and process my order. As a result I successfully get myself ot of fabletics membership and the send a email for the cancellation of my order and also they block me out of using my account. So, now I have, no money, no product, and no access to claim via my account. Utterly SCAMERS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

To get a discount have to become a member - which costs over £50 a month - which costs more than you'd save??? WHY WOULD YOU SIGN UP to MONTHLY PAYMENTS? - how much gym wear does one need?

Jan 31,2025I had to try many times and entered 2 different card details and the order just would not go through , I can see on line this looks like it happens a lot !! I refreshed the page quite a few times and tried to get through to on line chat which was very hard and had a queue !! Finally think I managed it but it’s a put off that you cannot place an order without a lot of hassle ! I hope it’s worth it when my clothes arrive ! It has put me off ordering again though

I didn't know I had joined a monthly subscription of around £50 When I called to cancel, it wasn't the best. He spoke really fast didn't understand what I was saying and then cut me off. I won't be back. Even though the products are good quality. Services I've used for over 10 years, even if they're more expensive, I won't budge. Loyalty means something to some of us.
