Jul 25,2023the quality of the meat is great, just wish that there was a choice of sizes of joints - 1.2 kg of sirloin isn't big enough for us but two joints is a bit too much!. Don't really use the ready meals, I cook from scratch . Personally think that this is the core business and wish that Farmisons would concentrate on this.

Jul 25,2023I needed a piece of beef to put in my new smoker and Farmison was able to provide me with a perfectly trimmed piece of Flat Brisket. The flavour and texture was great and enjoyed by all my guests. The beef was great value for money and came on time very well packaged. The beef was sealed in plastic and then packed with ice in a polystyrene insulated box. First class product and service. I will use Farmison again for my next piece of brisket!

Jul 25,2023Been using Farmison for over a year now. Very happy I found them, the meat is very high quality and the beef mince is superb. I’ll never be able to eat normal mince again. I’m a big fan of slow reared chickens, these are delicious. Delivery’s are always on point. I cannot fault this company.

Jul 25,2023I’ve shopped here for a few years so was really sorry to see they had gone into administration. I also wonder if they are using either different butchers or ingredients as I ordered the three for two sausages in this last order, and it was quite a few packs! Unfortunately I have an awful medical condition called Oesophageal Dismotility but I’ll not bore you with the details and I had to stop eating meat. Amazingly I discovered that if I cook meat in my air dryer (yes I know it’s fryer, but for some reason in my head it’s a dryer!) I could eat meat really easily. Until last night, when we had the pork and apple sausages. They were cooked in the air dryer as normal, but the skin was as tough as old boots and even hubby commented on them. So the only way I could eat them was to pull all the skin off and just eat the meat!! Farmison if you have changed the sausage skins please can you change them back as those last night weren’t pleasant at all. Such a shame.

Jul 25,2023Excellent quality meat and we have never had any problems with the service, either. We order about once a month and the beef and venison are superb. We do find that the pork is not as good as the rest: for us it lacks fat, and is not as beautifully tender as the beef and lamb, but everything else is delicious.

Jul 25,2023I've ordered meat from Farmison a few times now and the quality of the meat is excellent. I particularly liked the lamb shawarma that was beautifully spiced and very succulent after cooking it following the instructions given on the website.
