Encountered issues uploading ID for verification in the system where the upload failed but there was no feedback on our end to tell us to re-submit or that there was an issue. I had to call in a couple of times to find out the issue, and then call in again after it was uploaded. We eventually got it verified, but that slowed us down a few days.

Feb 13,2025Your IT department is lacking in basic knowledge. The rest of the team was very responsive. We had a log in issue that took three days to resolve. Once that was resolved the process moved very quickly. Sending documents was a simple process. The emails tracking the progress and what is next was awesome.
