Dec 21,2024Process very quick, straightforward with polite and efficient notaries.. The only issue we had was with the log-in for my wife (co-signer). She tried several times from different devices and after entering log-in code it kicked her back to the log-in screen. Finally this morning she came and uded my computer. It actually did the same thing on mine but when I tried a third time it went througth. But overall a good experience.

Dec 20,2024Today 12/19/24 I had the pleasure of having Ms. TINA MERSHON'S assistance reviewing my HELOC Loan over the phone. I tell you, this sweet and very kind lady, made my day!! Ms. Mershon was so very professional, patient and friendly! She explained everything to me clearly and was able to help me get everything set up with servicing my loan and she politely answered all my questions. Ms Tina even was so very kind to call me right back when our call was accidentally dropped! Which I can honestly say, I have not experienced that being done on any, if just on one occasion, after a hang up call while speaking with a representative. This was so appreciated as we were reviewing and just finishing up with some very important aspects of my loan with questions I had. I was happy because due to her extra effort; I didn't have to call back and start "All over again" speaking with a new representative. I can actually and honestly say she went above and beyond her duties while taking care of me on our call today. I wish you the very best in all your future endeavors Tina! Dec 18,2024The application process was fine. It took about as long as expected though with a few detail issues that seem silly to me. Like the suffix of my name not matching 3rd vs III, but not completely irrational I suppose. Funding was fast and easy. The thing that really bothers me is that there is no way to make additional or principle only payments. The payments are set, allocated almost 90% of each payment to interest only. This would be fine if there was a way to make additional or principle only payments.
