Dec 18,2024Very evident there is a lack of communication or inadequate training for service associates. My first contact assured me all my documents had been received and I’d be getting a notice of loan paid and closed within a week. The next contact from a different representative requested more information. The next two weeks were spent sending additional information with conflicting responses from several reps. One rep requested a $60 payment - for Town registration fees - before I had received an approval/ acceptance email for my documents. And I was told it would take two weeks for the process. Yesterday I was told it would take 60 days. I paid the loan in full 5 weeks ago. What could you have done better? Everything.
