Nov 23,2024Horrible, don’t bother…. They approved the loan and then pretended they couldn’t get my Florida license to upload.. They said we will call you back, this is a known issue on our side. They then cancel the loan and I hear nothing from them. They want me to re-apply and pull credit yet again… Horrible way to do business. GO SOME PLACE ELSE

Nov 16,2024I got a mortgage through Figure lending and they sold it but still service the account. My family and home are victims of hurricane Helene. We have over $100,000 work of damage to our home. I sent an insurance settlement check endorsed by me to them with tracking received October 25. Their policy is that they issue a partial payment 1/3 to get repairs started within 7-10 days and another at 50% inspection and remaining at completion. They have held $93,976.91 for 3 weeks and say they will try and get the check out in another 7-10 days. They said same last week. They haven’t had an inspector come out. By law we are supposed to get claim $ within 30 days from making the claim. It’s been 44 days. They don’t have a clue what’s going on when you call them.
