Jan 05,2025The notary signing wasn't a pleasant experience. I tried on 3 separate occasions. The first time, I was in the queue for 2 hours, the second time I waited 1-1/2 hours, the final time I waited 1 minute. The difference between the extended period and the quick turnaround was using a phone versus a computer. I would have appreciated if someone had informed me that using a phone wouldn't work.

Every other company wanted my business, but since I was mid-build, no one could/would help me. One of the lenders told me to try figure.com. I thought why not. I am so glad I did. Jan 04,2025I was on the phone for 35 minutes before I hung up. It said I was 3rd but after 45 minutes I left. Came back in 30 minutes and I was 4th in line, but that took only 5 minutes and the call went very well after that. I can now add that the funding and application process was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Ii’m revising my review due to those reasons. I highly recommend them.
