I was served by Jun and honestly one of the most amazing people i’ve come across. He made sure to take care of us and give us a high-quality customer services that we deserved. He made sure that each flower was up to our standards and that we was happy with our BK before leaving the shop. Thank you so much Jun, and we will be back soon.

Jun was very lovely when helping me decide for my graduation flowers. He was polite and patient with me whilst I made up my mind. He made sure to give me the best quality flowers whilst taking his time in preparing them. Thank you soo much jun and flower station . We will be back soon.

Hubby sent Valentine flowers to my workplace on 14th Feb 2025 which were never delivered. He called the company many, many times on the 14th Feb but there was no answer. He called again on the 15th and no answer. I have been calling them since the 17th and leaving voicemails which are not responded to; I have emailed them but they do not reply; I have completed their online form but no reply and there is no live chat service on their website as claimed by them in their voicemail message. The flowers were not delivered and they cannot claim they were not accepted as we have 5 receptionists at the front desk who accepted various flower deliveries that day and informed us no such delivery from Flower Station had arrived nor been rejected. I just want my husband to receive the full refund of £92.95 back on his card but this company is simply not responding. It has now been exactly a week and no contact. Is this a sham company??

So after a disappointing valentines with my order not arriving due to a delivery issue . I am pleased to say flower station redeemed themselves by sending me an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers and complimentary chocolates . The flowers are fresh and vibrant and I couldn’t be happier . I will be ordering again for Mother’s Day ! Delighted 🤩

I would give them a big fat 0 Star if I could. I ordered 3 bouquets on 11th Feb to be delivered on 14th Feb on Valentines day. 2/3 bouquets were supposed to be delivered to my address, and the other one supposed to be a surprise for my parents. The delivery guy delivered one of my bouquets and when I told him I must have another bouquet with you, he said no. Surprisingly when he left, he emailed the delivery confirmation of 2 bouquets when he only delivered one of them. I kept emailing and calling them but nobody picked, I was almost crying as it was for my husband and I wanted to surprise him. So one bouquet NEVER delivered. Then I realised there is no update about my parents bouquets. I again called and emailed... it was 5 pm! Guess what? Again no response. We left for dinner, then I got an email at MIDNIGHT! that they delivered my parents bouquet. We were not at home so the delivery guys disturbed the neighbours by ringing their bells so he could deliver. So out of 3 bouquets, they delivered only 1 of them, one never arrived and the other one delivered at midnight. The next next I received an email that they were busy on Valentines day!! Are you for real? You scam people by taking orders, by charging them, you overbook and under deliver and you bring the excuse of Valentines day? You could hire more drivers, more florists ..its not our fault! They now refused to reply to my emails. This is not the 1st time this happening to me by this company, I always was so patient with them, but now I can tell they are scamming people. AVOID this company otherwise you may lose your money.

Valentines Day: DO NOT USE Flowers never arrived. Called 27 times but no one picked up. Sent multiple emails with no response. Went to flagship store in Marylebone, no one could help. Do not use this company. Unapologetically terrible

The service I have received from this company has been nothing short of appalling. I placed an order on Friday under the clear impression, based on your stated cut-off time, that it would be delivered the same day. This was the sole reason for my purchase. However, the flowers arrived the following day, rendering them entirely useless, as the recipient had already departed. Had I been correctly informed, I would never have proceeded with the order. Despite making several attempts to contact the customer service team, I was met with automated messages stating that no representatives were available. This lack of accessibility is entirely unacceptable. Furthermore, I left clear written instructions for the delivery to be refused, which were blatantly disregarded. I am now left with an unwanted floral arrangement and an unjustified £133.25 expense due to misleading information on your website. Your offer of a mere 10% discount on a future order is insulting given the circumstances. The wider issue of your appalling customer service, with response times stretching to over a month in previous cases, further compounds my dissatisfaction. I expect an immediate and appropriate resolution to this matter.

Im giving this company no stars (had to select 1 to post this) as they have been very unprofessional in my situation. I ordered flowers on Valentine's day at 0730am for them to be delivered the same day. The driver attempted to deliver my flowers at exactly 0715pm (almost 12hrs) Who does this? I've kindly asked for a refund in which they don't see this as a reason to and they haven't been able to provide me with any explanation to why this as happened. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

The Valentine’s Day flower ordered online was never arrived. The tracking information just disappeared, no apologies no emails, no one pick up phones. This is a scam. Pls avoid this service!

I ordered flowers for Valentine's, which did not arrive...i would not use this company again. I will get the usual responses tomorrow that they are sorry......up your game.
