Feb 07,2020I bought a home through the trade in program and I was sold on the idea. I was never told about the “rent” that would be owed but it was there in the fine print. I ended up paying $5000 in “rent” even though my house sold ridiculously fast. After buying back my new home they also forgot to transfer the HOA so I’m still dealing with that after owning my home for two months. The program overall is a great concept but you will have way more fees this way. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a special circumstance like we did.

Jan 20,2020This program sounded great and we were in the process of filling out the application, but they ran a hard inquiry on our credit before we even finished the application. Our agent also never got back to us possibly because our application was withdrawn due to time constraints, even though our credit was pulled - that is illegal and they can be sued.

Jan 13,2020Unresponsive. I submitted my application for a pre-approval a week ago and have not heard back. I was assigned a contact but contact does not respond to email. Yet, I continue to receive daily emails suggesting that I start my application. Incompetence big time.

Jan 10,20201/24/20 I was contacted by a Sr Vice President who had read the review and looked into the issue. We spent at least 15 minutes going over the issues with what happened. He agreed this was egregious and was very willing to work to rectify this in the future. I give him props for this, and believe they will continue to improve their service. They have good rates, so I am hoping with continued training, they will offer much better service. The worst experience ever! Trying to get a home loan for a purchase, submitted on Dec 6th, after continually asking for overkill in documents, getting no response back, I finally went with another lender (UWM) who matched the price and was approved in 2 days!! Do not use this company, you will have nothing but issues.

Jan 10,2020Horrible experience worst company you could ever deal with because they charge a flat rate according to the agent that I don’t with I don’t care I’m only getting paid a salary not a commission. I’m not allowed to give his name but he works in the (209) area code He cared about the buyers interest instead of me as a seller that hired him he didn’t keep in contact with me escrow closed and the buyers agent contact me to let me know that I haven’t heard from him in over 10 days in escrow closed and still no word nothing. Don’t believe the reviews that you see on here this was the most horrible experience the agent was disrespectful he was rude he was incompetent and did not care about anything except yourself never return calls or anything horrible horrible horrible experience with this company I would even give them a star but I didn’t have a choice but to give them one star! You’re better off dealing with an agent in a local town with a local l company where you can sign everything all at once. I wish I never dealt with this company horrible experience I’d rather pay commission to an agent that actually cares or act like they care for the person that hires them

Jan 07,2020I have bought and sold real estate properties since 2004 for more than a half dozen times. Mel is the only realtor I have worked with for more than once (once and enough for all other agents). Mel is the BEST realtor, by a larger margin. In fact, Mel is the most patient and friendly real estate agent I have ever met. His friendly attitude, coupled with his flexibility, quick thinking, and deep real estate experience which encompasses almost all imaginable scenarios, makes him easily the top realtor anywhere he goes - as evidenced by his past work with Redfin and now at reali.com. When I started to sell my condo in Corona last summer, I started to work with Mel while he was with Redfin. Mel was able to predict the outcome with each potential buyer with amazing accuracy, which totally surprised me. He was also very proficient on setting the optimum target sale price, which is of ultimate importance to a seller like me because it really saves time and increase profits, and Mel did just that. Another important trait of him is that he always responded quickly either via phone or text and NOT a single time was he inpatient. Due to such a successful experience in selling my condo, I worked with Mel again on buying my next property. This was another very happy, successful experience and the escrow was closed right around Christmas, a best Christmas gift I can get. Mel also has years of experience in managing rental properties. He is able to provide a detailed analysis from almost any angle of the rental property, another his amazing characteristic. If you are buying an investment property, I can’t recommend anyone else but him.

Dec 13,2019James was fantastic throughout the process of selling our home. He kept us fully informed of the next steps and what they meant. As it turned out, he ended up representing the buyer of our home who met him at our open house. While this could be challenging, James did a great job of being fair to both parties and we all ended up very happy with the transaction.

There were a couple of blips because of buyers but my agent hung in there and within literally hours we had more offers Sold my home for 10K over asking price. Nov 13,2019Gina was absolutely amazing. I had never heard or Reali, though all of the paperwork, scheduling and pre-qual were all done on-line, nice. As we were looking at home, a couple of times Gina was not able to show us a house, because of how Reali is setup, one of the other Reali agents showed us the houses. Gina is a super star! We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
