The whole process of listing our home and getting it prepared for sale has been so smooth working with these two. Feb 28,2020Everyone was really professional and they made the process of selling my home very easy. I had to move out of state and so I really had to put a lot of trust and faith in my agent, Mel Stewart. Before I left, he came to meet with me on a couple of occasions and explained Reali and what would happen with the sake of my home. He was in constant communication with me about everything including the photographer, staging, offers and finally the sell of my home. Everything could be done virtually, including the signing of all documents and in the end, I received two offers and the second was more than the list price due to Mel’s negotiations. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Feb 27,2020I used Reali (back when they were Lenda) for a re-finance back in 2015. I just did a second re-finance with them recently, and they are MUCH IMPROVED! I've been through 4 mortgage applications / refinances over the past 6 years, and this one was by far the smoothest. Ms. Putri and everybody else were responsive, clear, and always helpful. The loan closed exactly when predicted, and they handled all of the complications with my specific application with ease. Great rates and great service!

Sherie was very helpful and thoughtfully navigated us through the area as we narrowed our search down to the final home. She is super responsive (we exchanged texts/calls back and forth on everything we threw at her imaginable) and she handled communication between us and the sellers with speed and professionalism and definitely excelled past our high expectations. Feb 26,2020Just bought a home in San Diego with the help of Ilana, Gina and Reali team. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Both Ilana and Gina were very helpful showing us properties and making themselves available to match our busy schedules. They were able to walk us through the entire process without a hiccup and all the documents were handled online which was super convenient for us. They were not hesitant to inquire about properties on our behalf with the listing agents which allowed us the get the entire picture of the property. We are now the proud owners of a new (new for us) single family home and would highly recommend working with the entire Reali team. Once we are ready to sell, or buy again, they will be our first choice for sure. The cherry on top is that their fees are lower than the traditional agent and you actually could get a check back at the end of the transaction which will help on the other costs on the new property. Carmit is always available to help us anytime of the day and even on weekends. You will not find anyone else as dedicated to her clients than Carmit! If we decide to move, no doubt she will be our agent!

Feb 24,2020The first moment I met Abel I knew he was going to be with us every step of the way. Well, I was right! He went above and beyond. Our situation was multi generational and had a variety of different needs. He rose to the occasion and made sure every one of them was meet. He made himself available to my family and we so greatly appreciated it. He reached out to each one of us and found out what we wanted during the process of listing a home and buying a home. There was a time during the process I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing. Abel called me and talked with me in length about the pros and cons, weighing each one that would ultimately be a factor in making a wise decision and gaining leverage. He NEVER downplayed how I felt but encouraged me and gave me hope. The way Abel interacted with my 85 year old dad, who was a bit anxious about the move, was very comforting. He honored my dad and helped him understand that he was there to make sure that he would be taken care of. That was the safety net my dad needed to move forward. There are not enough words to describe the gratitude I have for Abel and for all that he did for us. In the process Abel was more than our agent he would become a wonderful friend. We hope this will be our last move but if we had to do it again there is no hesitation that Abel would be the one we would reach out too. He is gem!!

He took care of everything from contacting my lender and speed up the process. I was able to close a house within 14 days after my offer got accepted.
