Apr 24,2025Information on the website was bad. Offer is cheap, but it doesn't tell you the restriction on the flight. I get a callback after I thought I booked the flight, telling me that you'll be on standby and no baggage is allowed. Really? You couldn't put that up front so people can make an informed decision? Then they give me a flight that's double the price. And they sugar coat it saying that you have seat selection. I go try and do seat selection and I have to pay extra. So what seat selection really means is that you get to select the seat when you check in. Really? Really? That's what you get normally. So I'm not getting any real benefit there. I thought that the way the information was presented is deceptive, meant to hook you and then force you to go with them. The site lives up to its name. Foggyfly... And they foggy over the information so that you're unable to make any informed decision. Will not ever going to go with them again. And will advice others not to go with them.

Apr 24,2025Where to start??? This company ripped me off back in November of ‘24 after I purchased tickets to Egypt to give my Dying Father’s last wish and get him home. After making the purchase for 4 people at a very cheap price. My Dear Father passed away 3 days afterwards. I called them back and notified them of what had happened and they told me that they’ll refund me my Fathers ticket after submitting proof of the death certificate. Mind you I got the same BS story about the cheap tickets being very cheap because you’re not taking anything with you but a personal bag. Which I thought was very weird and odd. Made me pay an additional $710.95 more for all of 4 of us. Long story short I still didn’t get the $710.95 credit that I’m owed even tho I’ve been calling trying to get that handled and move on. They just keep ignoring me. I still didn’t get the cost of the airline ticket from Egypt airline after submitting proof of my Dear Fathers death for $819.96. TD bank was also no help because they told me I should’ve filed for a dispute after 60 days and I took longer then to do so. Like if I was in the right state of mind after losing my Dear Father. Travis Bent (fake name of course with the accent this guy was using)was one of the BS managers name very rude and a compulsive LIAR. They all have a heavy Indian accent which sounds like there on the other side of the world. They got me with the good ‘ol bait and switch. I don’t understand how this shady ass company is somehow still operating. All you clowns giving them 5 stars are definitely on their pay roll. PS I just want what’s owed to me like you said and I won’t stop till I get my credit and my late Fathers plane ticket that he never got to use. Heartless and low lives is the least I can say about this shitty ass company. STAY AWAY FROM FOGGYFLY! Mohamed M.

I booked a round trip with a total of $367. they called me several hours later to let me know the return flight was booked and i couldnt get a refund for the first flights so i was stuck to book with them. My total flight after being on the phone with them for 2hrs was $823! lesson learned

Apr 23,2025This booking site is a scam. You think you are booking tickets and after you put all your info including credit card, it will tell you that your reservations are pending, the. Someone will call you. From what sounded like, India, and ask if you are flex’s le for dates and tell you what you booked was for “stand by”. The man was rude and told me not to waste his time, when I said I was not flexible and was not going to pay more . When I said that it felt like a scam he yelled at me and said “doesn’t say that out of your mouth” and hung up on me.

Apr 23,2025Mr. Sean was making sure we are clear about the additional information for a new reservation that served profitable in paying a little more which included our seating and personal and one carry on bag to be included with a economy ticket. He informed us early enough to make up our minds on what would be helpful to us. Krisity also called back to ensure that all information was correct and to go over it to be sure that the numbers and confirmation was included in the reservation.
