I booked tickets with Foggyfly for my trip to Australia, united Airlines economy class. I received a phone call 15 minutes later from foggyfly saying that the flight I booked did not include a carry on bag or a personal item, but that i could upgrade to one that did for another $500-$700. They told me they had already purchased the tickets so i could not cancel. I said no to the "upgrade". I looked online and couldn't find a united ticket that did not include a personal item. I called foggyfly back to ask about this and was told I didn't book an actual ticket but a standby to potentially get a restricted ticket with the no luggage. I was offered options to upgrade again. This was Easter, so the next morning I called united. They said they had no record of me on the date my tickets were supposedly purchased, and that there are no united tickets that do not include a personal item, just as I had thought. The United agent Cassandra was kind enough to conference call foggyfly with me(props to united!), they answered and the representative was unable to give flight information or any information at all to satisfy either me or the representative. He said he would have someone call me back in 3-5 hours that would have more information. I asked United to file with their fraud department, checked my credit card and thankfully it had not been charged yet so I canceled my card because I didn't want this shady company to have my credit card info. They had already clearly lied to me about United's baggage policy, my tickets being booked. So I feel safer now but unfortunately I have to redo all my credit card stuff. I called foggyfly back and they said they canceled my reservation, though they couldn't before, I'm guessing either the phone call from united or they saw that my card didn't go through, but yeah complete nightmare do not book with them i wish I had looked at reviews.
If I can rate them zero I would have. Horrible customers service. After the reservation, they almost immediately reached out to me just to informed me that I need to renegotiate my time and date plus additional fees since the reservation didn’t include carry on or any luggage. I told them that I don’t want to negotiate and want my reservation cancelled. They replied that I should’ve read the fine prints(which I did) and couldn’t cancel the reservation. After speaking with the supervisor* he said that they already charged my card(another lie) and couldn’t do anything. The only option is to comply with their terms. I told them I’ll be waiting on the phone until they cancel my reservation and he hung up. Their phone when they call comes up as potential spam. Canceled my card. Hopefully I won’t see any charges.
Foggy flights were a great experience. Super helpful and kind staff. Very attentive and answered all our questions.

I booked tickets in August for three for $743.00 dollars and then they charge me another $500 today when I went online to check on my flight information because I didn’t fill out some email I did not even know about fast enough. I absolutely wasn’t even told about an email when I booked the initial flight in the first place, that I was gonna have to do anything different to solidify the purchase. I feel like I was totally scammed. How to spend over one hour on the phone to even get the flights booked and they charge me another $500 after I initially paid them the $743 dollars first back in August. No one ever told me there was some email I had to go on and do anything too and this is just bullshit and I feel like I should get a refund for the $500 they charge me today. It was a complete racket. You guys totally screwed me over. I will never recommend you again!

I received my tickets
I booked tickets to India....I never got a confirmation email so I called them about it. The representative basically said I was on a waiting list and that I'm not guaranteed a ticket. In addition, if I did get a ticket it was only with a personal and carry on luggage and no checked bags. I got upset and told them to remove this booking and they were not happy and said I would still be charged...I got mad at them and said what are you even charging me for when I don't even have a ticket...So basically its scam website and there is no guarantee of you getting a ticket.
The flight was delayed from Seattle then had to transfer from last Vegas to alrlanta but was referred to Chicago then to Orlando almost missed my luggage cause it didn’t follow me on my flight almost missed my transportation for my cruise on the April 4th and on the way back leaving Orlando the flight attendant was pumping into to me about three times when I was sleeping I couldn’t sleep he was rude never o cry said I’m sorry or you ok flight number 4153 and also 4518
Price was not what was on line. Had to pay more money or lose it all. Had to pay twice as much. So the discount on the sight was a scam to get more money.
She responded quickly and provided all the info that I requested.
