All staff are friendly, happy and very efficient. Recently bought lovely garden furniture. The lady that served us was very good and it was delivered in 2 days by 2 very efficient men. Very pleased with everything. We love our trips to Frosts for lunch and coffee.

Frosts staff were excellent, knowledgeable friendly and helpful throughout . Being an older customer the delivery arrangements sealed the transaction, because unlike any other provider they brought the furniture in and unpacked it. All others would only leave products at the door. A good experience in total. Many thanks to the Sales Consultant I think Hannah was her name. Regards D Henderson

Bought a garden bench from Frosts. First class service from ordering to delivery. Thanks to Luke & Archie who delivered; giving me a call 30 minutes beforehand to let me know they were on their way and put the bench exactly where I requested. You may pay a little more for buying from a garden centre but the service from Frosts is more than worth it. Will certainly buy from here again.

I just had my garden furniture delivered by Giles and Archie. From order to delivery was 3 days, and they even unpacked some of the boxes for me. extremely helpful and lovely guys. Thank you

All aspects of the purchase of Kettler patio furniture was first class. Alan at the Willington store was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery information was most comprehensive and the deliver by Aaron and Archie exactly as described so we were home and prepared to take the delivery.

Truly professional service. Ordered a corner seating and table set from Frosts garden centre @Woburn sands. It was delivered, unpacked and carried into position by Aaron & Matt. They were on time having called me 20 minutes before to confirm. Very friendly, polite and efficient. What a very professional service provided all round, thanks guys👍

We have been customers of Frosts for many years and we both enjoy our visits there. On this occasion, I wanted to see the garden furniture range and spoke to Charis, a very helpful and delightful person to speak to and a credit to the business and instrumental in my decision to buy. We concluded the deal with Louise and made our payment. Delivery was organised and Aaron and Nathan could not have been more careful or helpful. We are thrilled with our purchase of the Life garden furniture, albeit that the instructions for the assembly of the parasole and the table were terrible! This was a very minor annoyance from what has been an exceptional experience
