I took my family to frosts santa experience yesterday, and the children had the best time ever. All the elves were happy, and told their story convincingly, and Santa was perfect, engaging the girls in conversation throughout their time with him. The kitchen elves were so much fun, singing and dancing and managed to get all the families involved. Thank you so much. We will be back next year.
Today we had a booking for Santa's grotto and just WOW! I don't want to give too much away as it's an experience you need to feel for yourself but from the elf that greeted us, to the way every room is designed, and then a brilliant Father Christmas the whole thing was magical. We were there for about an hour in all and already I can't wait to book the children more tickets for next year. Thank you Frosts for making such a trip so special
The Santa experience was absolutely awful, through it in 18 minutes, just got pushed from one room to the next. No singing or dancing or atmosphere. Most of the time was spent in the kitchen decorating the gingerbread man! I e-mailed to complain/discuss and just kept being fobbed off, I sent my evidence of it taking 18 minutes and asked for my complaint to be escalated and receipt of my E-mails and now just being ignored, even though I’m clearly unsatisfied in there rude response! There are so many better experiences out there compared to this one and the customer service is awful! To note - they say they have replied to my E-mail, they stated the experience wouldn’t of been so quick……when I sent evidence it was they never responded to!
Only went in for two coffees and cake. What’s happened to the restaurant? Not a busy Monday and it was afternoon but we had to queue to sit down and had a half hour wait for drinks. I’d hate to see what happens at the weekend! Frosts have changed their restaurant service a few times since lockdown and I’m not sure they’ve got it right this time. On a plus side, the coffee was good, unfortunately the cake was dry.
We took our dog to the garden centre for Santa Paws experience. Santas grotto was one of the best I’ve seen inside, lots of photo opportunities for the dogs as well. Then we were able to take a family photo with Santa. The elves were great in character and very friendly. It was such a lovely, Christmassy atmosphere. We will be back next year and definitely recommend it to others .
13 of us turned up unannounced from various places on Saturday to celebrate a birthday and have something light to eat. The staff could not have been more helpful in finding us two tables together in spite of so many other people needing help. They provided us with extra plates for our cake and the sandwiches and baked potatoes were of a high standard. Thank you all so much. We shall be back!
Lol look at this £12.50 vegan roast! Others had broccoli too, not me. The nut roast was good and the potatoes were delicious though. Not sure at this point if I can leave a photo...
Me and my husband visited the Frosts Garden Center today ,the Center it self was beautiful and the Christmas stock was also very impressive. We did pick up a few items and thought with the beautiful Christmas display we would love to bring the grandchildren. It wasn't till we went to pay at the Till point ,I must say I never come across such a rude Sales Assistant, not only after I greeted the Assistant (no hello from her) she totally ignored me and no smile just a very miserable facial expression ,she then asked me to empty the basket for her ,which is fine but there isn't anywhere to say to empty it and it's not a problem if you as a customer don't get asked to empty it with such a attitude and rude tone of voice.I myself work with customers and would never speak to any of my customers like that! That Sales Assistant is the face of the company and represents Frosts Garden Center not a very good look !
The fruit scone was dry today despite getting 3 lots of butter. Last visit i had a cheese scone which was also dry. Disappointing as I now don't have sandwiches here as the bread used was changed from what it used to be.
Frosts - Milton Keynes An amazing place to eat, shop or attend the children’s events. Staff are amazing, food great and lovely products to buy.
Friday night we took my 7 year old son to see father Christmas at Frosts Woburn Sands. We went last year and enjoyed it so came again. Totally different set up and an excellent interactive experience for the kids, wonderful decorations and extremely friendly and helpful staff. However, after almost 20 years of photographing Santa's Grotto's around the south east, I have to say that without doubt the gentleman we visited was on another level to any of the 100+ I have worked with or seen before, including Selfridges, Windsor and several other London locations. First off he looked the part, no hanging beard or wonky moth eaten clothing. He had an excellent knowledge of current games, toys and children's activities, as well as discussing sport, upcoming and past events and communicated with my son brilliantly. He played it perfectly as Santa, never letting anything cast any doubts in my sons mind. He was personal and friendly, and spoke at a level that engaged rather than scared the children. We weren't rushed through on a conveyor belt, it was a good, personal time with the big man, in fact the whole experience was excellent, with the only slight grumble being the choice of gift available for a 7 year old was a little limited. Gifts were excellent, but aimed at and better for younger children. So long as he still "believes" we'll be back next year. Thank you, a lovely evening for kids and parents.
Lovely Garden centre & staff, which I have visited over many years, but unfortunately let down by the appallingly run restaurants, Having recently visited with my mother-in-law for a birthday coffee & cake. queuing for 15 minutes & surrounded by many empty tables we received an apology & lead to a very sticky table. I asked one of the waitresses passing if she could please clean it. Unfortunately after cleaning it was the same. There was five tables taken including ours all waiting & 3 taken sitting outside & served. We then waited a further 25 minutes. And after watching 6 young members of staff not not really doing anything, I got up & asked if someone could please take our order as we had only came in for a coffee & cake. 10 minutes later we received 3 cups of coffee & cakes, 2 coffee's were cold. As we discussed how we wouldn't bother coming in again the couple by the pond came in to say that they had never had such terrible service ever! Us & the remaining tables nodded & agreed. Every table outside was covered in dirty cups & plates & nobody seemed to be clearing. Such a shame that this lovely place with friendly helpful garden centre staff is let down by such a bad managed restaurant. I will not use the restaurant again until it goes back to the way it was once run. Could do with a few older members of staff to manage the younger less experienced.
Excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble.Storage of furniture until new home ready was great help.
Visited the centre today only to be told they had sold out of a particular product. Many thanks to Paul who went out of his way to be helpful and sourced a perfect alternative which I purchased.
Paula what an amazing lady excellent service just brilliant a credit to the company
Woburn sands: new restaurant. Came for Sunday (23rd October) breakfast for my husbands birthday. It was busy, as expected but we got there early enough (10.30). We were seated straight away and order taken within ten minutes. I ordered a tea cake as not really hungry but didn’t want hubby eating his English breakfast on his own. My tea cake and hot drinks came out within ten minutes. The cooked breakfast came out 40 minutes later after 3 times of chasing it up - apparently it’s cooked in a separate kitchen !! So I watched my husband eat his breakfast after all. I suggest more kitchen staff. We won’t be back as it’s a 45 minute drive for us to come here and now not worth it!!! Normally we’d have a wander around and buy bits but we couldn’t wait to go. Shame 😒
Today we visited Frosts for a birthday tea. We were a group of 9 and were served by Georgie. She immediately noticed that one of the group was deaf and told us she was learning to use sign language as her best friend is deaf. She took the opportunity to use her BSL skills which was much appreciated. Well done and thank you to Georgie for her excellent customer service.
Frosts have such a good variety of food, clothes toys and consumables! But my biggest amazement is the effort they put into making such amazing events! The dinosaur day was fabulous and now the effort that must have gone into the fabulous Halloween things is outstanding! Your Instagram and website are great at letting us know what’s going on! Well done Frosts
They delivered my delivery within a quick manner. And the delivery people and the store staff where very helpful and called before delivering

Jan 25,2023I have had to write a review as no satisfaction dealing with customer service over an incident in store last Thursday. There was no attempt other than words to resolve the issue hence Frosts have lost a customer of 37 years. The treatment I received in store was awful by a member of staff who told me the customer is not always right. Goodbye Frosts
