Great service, very helpful.
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF MEMBERS OF THE STAFF - ESPECIALLY PAULA IN DEALING WITH MY ORDER AND ALSO WITH THE DELIVERY STAFF WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN UNLOADING.
Charlotte Powell exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. She went above and beyond for us and kept us informed about what was happening. If every business had a Charlotte working for them, they would be in safe hands.
We took home a parasol which ended up being very dangerous and asked for a refund. Upon emailing we sent a video of the parasol flailing around and being moved by a very light breeze. After weeks of going backward and forth and some extremely frustrating emails to the department manager, calls twice to the store, as our emails were not replied to on two occasions, we finally had the parasol collected, with a promise of a voucher (not a refund). We are STILL waiting for the voucher £299!! and I have emailed again TWICE for this. I am so disappointed in the slow service we have received and the frustration we went through to get this issue resolved.
The in-store experience was 5star. Louise who served us was extremely helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It makes a change to meet someone really happy to help. My review overall would have been 5. Unfortunately I had to chase the customer service team a few times to replace some broken granite. In the end everything got resolved. Thank you Frosts
Purchase of the product was easy and straight forward, once we made up our minds what we wanted. Had we been able to review the product online, without having to accept unwanted cookies, we may have made a decision earlier. One last thing that I would like to mention..... one of the feet on one of the benches is bent and one of the cushions stiches in the cushion is non existent. I would have responded beforehand, but it is only today that we have put it together.
Great product & service. Very happy with the garden furniture.
Delivered on time. Drivers very helpful. Plus phone call to confirm delivery
I have been going to Frosts since 2004 when I moved to Milton Keynes. It's a lovely garden centre, the staff always make customers welcome. It's a place where you can meet friends have a coffee a sandwich or one of there lovely cakes also cooked food.
Went into the store on Wednesday, purchased garden furniture, had it delivered and assembled by qtr past 9 Friday morning. Fantastic and friendly service from the start to the finish. Excellent

Good selection of large garden parasols. Purchased a 3 m diameter one and very pleased with the quality of it.
Bought garden seating furniture. Sales service was courteous and helpful. Delivery was set to our convenience and delivered as scheduled. Delivery crew took great care in unloading and unpacking the furniture, then carried it to the back garden. They were friendly and efficient. The product is excellent quality and we are enjoying it very much.

Oct 02,2022New café/restaurant system clearly not working. It was noisy, long queues when tables were empty and very impersonal. No facilities to see the cakes to tempt you on the way in as before and in place, a standard cardboard menu to choose from. Abandoned plans to order food. Ordered two coffees and a spiced apple juice along with some tapwater. Apple juice clearly not apple juice but a syrup, one of the coffee cups was chipped and the Americano was cold before adding the milk and the water did not materialise at all. Really poor. Come on Frosts … whatever has happened to you?
