I was impressed with the sales of the patio garden set explained thoroughly and shown. Also the phone call about the delivery then explaining how the delivery slot will work. Would recommend and I keep going there for my plants very good garden centre in my opinion.
Right from the lad who helped us in the garden centre, the lady who called to advise of the delivery date and then the guys who delivered our garden furniture the service has been exceptional.
The shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers were professional and polite. And the product is exactly what I wanted. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Frosts.

Excellent service throughout the process, from ordering to delivery. Really pleased with the table, chairs and parasol and would certainly shop at Frosts again.
I'm deeply disappointed in Frosts, Huntingdon. During COVID I believe the decision was made not to accept cash and only card payment. I thought this was due to health and safety practices. However, approximately one month ago, I visited Frosts on a Monday. Apparently there were technical issues and so, Frosts Huntingdon were more than happy to accept cash. A few days later I returned to discover that Frosts would not accept cash (I guess the technical issues were solved). I did complain to the manager and was informed quite bluntly that it was purely a business decision to accept cash due to the technical issue. It had nothing whatsoever to do with health and safety precautions. I guess the customer is here to serve Frosts and not the other way round. There are many people that still like to pay with cash. I may be only one individual but I will take my custom to Dobies who are more than happy to accept cash or card 25 May 2021 - RESPONSE TO FROST REPLY I'm afraid your response is of little comfort. Your decision not to accept cash for the safety of both customers and staff is totally negated by the willingness to accept it when there are technical issues. As already stated above, the decision was "purely a business one" was the response given to me. Not wanting customers to travel, in my opinion, is an excuse. Furthermore it just doesn't make any sense when most of the businesses in Huntingdon are willing to take cash.
Pleasant experience end to end. I was called to confirm delivery day and called on delivery day to confirm time. Nice chaps dropped off my delivery where I asked them to.

We decided to purchase the Blenheim Recliner 2 seater bistro set after seeing it at Millets on a Friday. Checked the website later that day and found it was out of stock. I then left a message on the website asking if I could reserve it. Rebecca from the Brampton site called back the next day to advise they had two in stock. I paid her over the phone and received an email a couple of days later to say they were delivering on the Thursday. I was given a time of 10.21 a.m. and the van arrived on the dot. Brilliant. They unpacked the set and delivered it onto our drive. We were very pleased with the whole service. Very professional and very friendly people to deal with. Less than a week from seeing at Millets and delivery.
I found the garden hammock at Frosts Millets Farm. The process of ordering all the through to delivery was very straight forward. Sara put the order through very helpful and efficient, contact to confirm delivery date, followed by text and email, followed by telephone call with half hour notice.EXCELLENT SERVICE Now I'm just waiting for the sun !

Superb team in the garden centre, who despite their having to no doubt repeat everything all day long, made you feel special. I could see the pride in what they sell and the quality and choice of garden furniture was excellent. Many thanks to Sara for thoughtfully saving a well priced protective cover for the beautiful Canterbury 6 seat dining set we bought, after our old table fell apart after years of good use. Also thank you to Andrew for selling the outdoor dining set to us, I hope I’ve got the right name but in any case the whole department were stars! Thanks also to Darren for helping with my enquiries on line and so quickly. You really understood my concerns and clarified everything so well. We can’t wait to be able to seat friends in our garden again now that lockdown is easing and now thanks to you we can!
