Frost's pumpkin patch weekend at the Willington Garden Centre was a great experience for all the family and praise must go to the Frost's staff who planned, organized and ensured that the event went just it was envisaged. Hopefully more events will follow.

We took my grandson to the pumpkin patch at Frosts Willington last weekend, what a wonderful time we all had! All staff members were friendly, even the young man putting out the pumpkins stopped to chat to us. The food was delicious, it was an afternoon enjoyed by all. Thank you

I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The poached eggs on the muffin were perfect, although there was way too much sauce. The smoked salmon was awful, an inedible piece of stringy fish. The waitress didn’t come to ask how our meal was until the end of our meal, when we were ready to pay. I complained, but was told I should have registered my dissatisfaction earlier, so they could replace my meal. No refund was offered. I won’t be coming back.

Been having breakfasts here for a long time, the serving staff are all mostly excellent. Sadly it's really gone downhill dramatically, they seem to have totally lost sight of the fact its a service they are providing; and not something you just have to put people through. You used to be able to choose a full breakfast and then if there's something you don't particularly like; you could just swap it for a similar item; which is great and very fair; as we don't all like the same things and you're paying for an amount of items. Then they changed it all; and seemingly as we were told as "it was easier for the chefs", you now have to have all the items no matter what (unless you have an allergy, a little tip there for you there 😉), so again as we were told, if you don't like eggs say, well that's too bad; they have to be served up anyway with the rest, and with this new system, you can't swap anything for a similar/equivalent item that you do like (so again reducing the service and value you could get before). Seems those in charge have lost sight what customer service means; and how to provide it; in a way that your customers leave happy, and have enjoyed the experience. We will just have to find a new breakfast venue I guess but at least leaving a review may give you some pointers on how to restore what was once an enjoyable experience. Shame the great staff are let down by stupid customer unfriendly rules, made to make chefs lives easier.

My two friends and myself visited Willington yesterday could not believe over half was shut due to Christmas decorations being put up Oct 5th do we really need three months of this?we decided on lunch waited to be seated sat as far in the corner please away from the noise of coffee machines.ordered water with food waitress plonked three glasses stacked on the table huge bottle would be nice if she said would you like me to pour some for you ladies?a little bit of service would be nice then maybe a tip would be left,After ordering and waiting ages 2 inedible fish pies came dried up, khaki greens and black red cabbage and a chicken burger with overcooked panko breadcrumbs which fell off overcooked chicken…the awful brioche bun( where do they come from?) Thick sauce all over it with one limp piece of lettuce leaf plus the thinnest slice of tomato embedded in bun , 6 chips in basket tinniest pot of slaw.no one came near us to ask if all was ok (please train staff) but three stood chatting by the till.my friends would not complain just said never again we should have gone to the pub! Luckily we had cash as we waited to pay and complain no one came so we left money the two ladies next to us were still waiting to pay and moaning about the wait after we go up!

We ordered the Ploughman and after waiting for more than half an hour we mentioned to the waitress we were still waiting, people who came in after us were served and left, 10 minutes later it arrived and to say it was a disappoint is an understatement. It came on a platter, half a small pork pie each, half a dry sausage roll each, a small portion of pate, a very small blue cheese and very small cheddar cheese plated on a pile of salad making it look a lot bigger than it actually was, priced at £21.95 for two. The pate was quite honestly awful, the sausage roll was dry and the very small amount of bread minus butter didn’t taste very nice either. Never again, so disappointed and not what we expected.

We visited frosts in Woburn today and we were extremely disappointed with the customer service. I believe they have new management but it seems they are focusing on profit rather than customer service. Firstly the service in the restaurant was terrible - after ordering and receiving our food we were just left. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for the plates to be cleared and for the server to take our dessert order and just gave up in the end. We requested the bill and I did say to the server we had wanted dessert but had given up - she said they were busy but we had watched them looking busy but not really doing much. We don’t mind young staff but please train them in customer service. We then tried to buy food from the food court. It was well stocked but whoever had the bonkers idea that there would be one set of tills for the food court and garden centre needs to try it for themselves so they can see if from the eye of the customer. The queue was all around the indoor area and only a couple of tills open. Quite a few people were complaining. We gave up and returned our food to the store. So making cuts to increase profit but you are losing out through poor customer service. We have been here so many times but probably won’t return for a while, Come on frosts sort yourself out.

My friend and I went to the cafe in Frost Willington and both ordered the fish pie. Expecting a creamy white fish and salmon pie with a perfect mash potato what we actually got was a dish that smelt and tasted like catfood. The filling was grey and dry with a very strong aftertaste. When we complained we were told the filling was mackerel and salmon and no one else had complained. The waitress then walked away. This matter was raised with the staff but they were not interested. It was said that no one else had complained but they were not eating my meal, which was awful. We will not be going there again.

Informed item was damaged before delivery and would be resolved . Better than item arriving damaged. Own Frost deliverers rather than sub contract delivery firm helped here. Delivery drivers friendly and helpful. Informed by them of being on way....good communication with client

We bought a display corner sofa, benches and dual height table from Frosts at a great price. It was safely delivered, wrapped in clingfilm, by 2 very pleasant delivery men, and looks fantastic on our patio. Our only gripe is that it took 11 days to arrange the delivery to our property less than 2 miles from the garden centre

From purchase through to delivery, all went without one hitch. What I was told would happen, happened. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frosts.

Visited the store in Willington for some advice on plants for a new border. Was advised to email the head of horti for a planting scheme. Justin contacted me and asked where the border was situated in relation to the garden sun etc. I sent him some photos and then attended the store where Justin took me round the garden centre picking out plants that would give all year round interest and met my needs. I am very happy with the end result and will definitely use his services again.

Yet again the service from Frosts has been excellent. We needed a further delivery to our home due to the physical size of it. Ordering it and arranging delivery was simple and when it arrived Luke and Russell were so helpful in placing it all from the van into our garden. The real surprise was when they watered the tree that was part of the order without any prompting and made sure that it was all right before leaving, certainly far above and beyond what was expected. Thank you !!
