In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.

I haven’t received my furniture and I have no new updates to say when it will be delivered. Edit: furniture was delivered yesterday. However, the delivery men were very rude and ignorant and even refused to give us his managers contact details. There is a rip under one of the segments and the feet were a nightmare to put on. Other than this, the sofa is of good quality and very comfortable.
I bought the orlando 2 and 3 seater sofa and the whole family loves it! It is so comfy, easy to set up. I love the reading lights on the head rest.
I bought a u shaped sofa which arrived in quick time and is of high quality. The customer service was excellent. I did have a couple of delivery issues but they solved them right away and we're always keeping me updated along the way vain email, phone calls and WhatsApp. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again

Absolutely amazing sofa, just as we imagined. Perfect for our living room. When I had a query it was answered straight away, brilliant customer service. Absolutely in love with the sofa. The delivery guys were lovely and delivered it with care. Super happy, recommend this company to anyone who wants a new sofa.
Delivery took nearly 3 weeks and it wasn’t until I chased them they told me there was an issue with the sofa I wanted. I had to pick a different material which I now actually prefer. Delivery was quick once sorted. The sofa is lovely, easy to put together, great quality and very comfy. I can’t wait for movie days with the kids. Thanks

We ordered a couch from here on the 25th of September as it had a 5 working day arrival. After those 5 days had gone, there was no tracking number so I called them to be advised there was a delay in this particular style arriving and they were going to call all the customers who had ordered this the following mon/tues to see what they wanted to do and that they would speak to me then. No call came through. I contacted them again to ask what was going on to be given an alternative that could be dispatched the next day and be with me in 7 days, I agreed but unfortunately after looking into it more, this style would have been too big for my living room and I asked to change to another style. A few days had gone by with still no tracking number or any sign of the couch being dispatched. I emailed again and explained all of the above to be told that the original style I had ordered had come in and they could have this sent to me the next day for delivery the day after. I reluctantly agreed but after speaking to my husband, we decided to cancel the order all together. I was told it was cancelled and it would be 3-5 working days for my refund. 4 working days have gone by and I have just received an email to advise it has been refunded and it would take 10 days to appear into my account. I have just moved into a new house and I am still no further forward with a couch thanks to this company. A customer should not have to do all the chasing as to when they will be receiving their item, they should be getting kept up to date with everything, especially if there has been a delay in the items coming into their warehouse. After mentioning this had a 5 working day delivery which is why it was ordered, all the delivery dates have now been changed to December. I will however say that Rachel was very understanding of my issue and couldn't apologise enough and I am appreciative of how she managed my complaint. ** EDIT** I have since been contacted by this company offering me £50 to remove my review of their company which I have emails to show this.
Very happy with my purchase and delivery
Do not order with this company! We've ordered our couch on the 14th of September; the website said it's going to be with us within the next 5 days. After a few days, we've been told that it's not going to be with us until the 14th of October. We got a bit annoyed because we placed the order here thinking we could have this couch sooner than later. Still decided to wait anyway, even though it was a huge inconvenience already. From this point: no updates, no new info (even though we've been told they're going to try to make it faster). We had to contact them multiple times ourselves, asking for updates. Receiving an update of more than one sentenced email as a response seemed like a miracle. Finally, we've been told the delivery is pushed yet again to the week starting 21st of October... When we asked if it's the final date, we've been told they can't promise that. We did send some emails demanding action and saying that it's already going to be over a month since we've placed the order, and it's totally unacceptable. We got some "can't do anything" responses in return. They offered a different couch instead of the one we wanted (a completely different model, different size, not even similar...). Other than that "nothing we can do or promise" attitude. The customer service is non-existent. Customer care is not known to them at all. Finally, we decided to cancel the order altogether and place it somewhere else, where they cared about us from the beginning. If you've ordered with them and had no issues, consider yourself lucky.

The staff were very accommodating for a Sunday viewing of the sofa we had seen online, the process for ordering was quick and easy and our sofa set arrived 4 weeks later which was clearly communicated on ordering. Communication throughout was quick and polite, and we love our sofa set! Many thanks to Ash.
The first head board was broken. A second was sent that arrived when I was away (even though I told them I was going away). The second board was fine but had screws missing!
