I ordered a controller for an xmas gift 9 days before xmas. I was told on 12/21 via email that the orders take 8-10 business days to create, then they are shipped, and that I would receive a shipment confirmation email. It has been 3 weeks (13 business days) and not a word. I feel bad for my son because it was on his Christmas list along with a new Xbox One. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I placed my order

Placed an order online in early DEC with expedited shipping for Christmas. No show on 12/16 so I called customer service - no one available...left a message - no return call. Called 12/18 - same, no return call. Called 12/19 and 12/20 - same. Sent emails and no reply until I cancelled my order. Why is it only after I cancel someone responds. Run, don't buy.

I would like to say that even though you guys got overwhelmed during the holiday season and the product came late it was worth the wait. I would also like to say that we received outstanding customer service and all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly. I will definitely look to you in the future for all of my gamming needs. Thanks again

This company doesn't tell you ahead of time that it takes at least 6-10 days to even put the product together before it ships. I paid extra 2 weeks before Christmas and it never arrived. Now it's 2 weeks after Christmas and still nothing (not even a note from this company updating me of the status). I'm starting to think that they're a scam.

I do understand holiday orders on-line are a risk..but id sites like Amazon can get orders out within 4 days of Xmas then I do not understand why an order placed on 12/14 is not being shipped until 23 days later..I understand this was a custom order but they did say 7-10 business days...this was a gift for somebody visiting me ferom out of the country and now I will have to ship it to them which will cost me at leasr $3 with insurance..I feel this company should credit back my credit card this amount for my inconvenience

I requested my refund when it was discovered I did not get what I thought I was ordering. I was under the impression that I was ordering a new custom designed controller, not sending in a unit to be upgraded with custom items. Apparently, I misunderstood the requirements or options when ordering a custom controller for my son's Xbox. But never-the-less, when a person requests a refund you should process it within a reasonable time frame and it is now outside that reasonable time period.

Everything was great except for one thing. The screw holes on the inside of the controller shell's face were too small to accommodate the screws from a new controller. I had to bore out the holes just slightly. Other than that it works and looks great!

Dear friend, Although I have yet to receive your gift it is much anticipated. Almost feels like waiting to see if that one night stand is going to sprout something on my privates. I requested your product knowing that the production time is long yet it will be well past the projected time if/when I receive it. I personally don't believe in cheating and lack respect for your product although it was not purchased for myself. Instead, a young lad at the age of 14 is anxiously waiting. Much like an inmate craves the touch of a women, he has sent me a text every day to see if it has arrived. I sent GamerModz an email for an estimated time of shipment and they were vey professional with the response yet still vague. Sometime early next week is an odd answer to say the least. Dear Consumer I have left my previous comment posted and changed my rating to 5 stars from 2 stars to better explain my experience. Shortly after posting this, I was contacted by at least 3 fine representatives of GamerModz with pure professionalism! Its easy to knock a company when they don't satisfy the consumer because we are raised on an "Instant Gratification" capitalist society with fast food companies to blame. GamerModz swiftly muzzled my complaint with patience and perseverance. Not only did they upgrade my shipping method as promised, they also refunded my original shipping cost with no request needed. Companies, like people, will stumble on their journey and I hold the upmost respect for those who can admit their faults while going the distance to fix the mistake. Hats off to Amy Bird and associates at GamerModz, may your careers be successful! Sincerely, One Satisfied Gentleman!

This is not a totally negative review. I would do business with them again. It was just circumstance that they were unable to fill my order prior to Christmas for a gift. They quickly refunded my money upon request and communication was good for that effort. One critique I would provide is that they should have communicated to me proactively that this order would not arrive before Christmas. That was a bummer and I spent double on another controller to make a 10 year old boy happy. Three stars on order timing and communication; 4 stars on a quick response to my cancellation.

Unfortunately the controller I ordered my son on December 10th still has not arrived and it is January3rd. When I called to follow up the Monday before Christmas to see the status on the order and see if I needed to buy another Santa gift on one answered and all i got was an answering machine. My emails were also not answered until after Christmas. Unfortunately cannot even rate the product since we still do not have it..

I ordered a ps3 controller for my grandson for Christmas. It was ordered on Dec 11th. My credit card was charged on Dec 16th and I still have not received the order. My daugher and I have called several times and have not been able to talk to anyone. They tell us all reps are busy and to leave a number and they will call back and they never due. I am ready to cancel this order and never do business with this co. again.

have had e-mails from you twice...need another showing Order # and changes that my grandson wanted on his game controller..he has sent his controller to you and evidently between Nov 29 when ordered and this week; my credit card has been denied because of length of time and he needs to re-order. order is under name of Nancy L. I would like to thank GamerModz for their dedication to customer service and making things right for us. Here's my experience, we ordered a controller for my son without the knowledge of how new this company is and we didn't receive the controller until after Christmas. We were very upset ofcourse. Shortly after I received a phone call from GamerModz and not only did they personally apologize but they explained how their unprepared new company was overwhelmed with an enormous amount of Christmas orders. After hearing them out, I realized that they were doing the very best they could. However, they took it a step further to make things right with us and to make my son happy (which is what's most important for me). With all that being said, I learned 2 things: 1. The products from GamerModz are absolutely worth buying for them to have such a huge turn around so quickly. My son is definitely loving his modified controller. 2. Customer Service is very important for GamerModz for them to personally contact me to explain and apologize then take action to make us happy and satisfied as customers. THANK YOU GamerModz, I will be buying more items from your company and I will also refer all the gamers I know to buy your products. Also CONGRATULATIONS on your turn around and success.

Controller was made exactly as ordered and is truly amazing in look and feel. Looks professional, sleek, and you know it's not a cheap piece of junk. It came in a shipping box with no instructions at all. I had to fish around and write customer service to even figure out how to turn mods off. Despite that it is an awesome controller and works as advertised. I would buy from them again if in market for another controller.

placed order on 12/12 still haven't received - called numerous times - you do not get a live person so I left a message, no returned calls - web site reads - average lead time 6 days - not sure where they do their math - maybe they meant 6 weeks because order still reads "in process" Have ordered in past and was satisfied, what happened?
