Jan 03,2014We ordered weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I got no update as to when it will ship. This is just poor business. Finally I emailed and was told it would ship within the week and still nothing. I can understand holiday delay, but customers have the right to be informed as to when they will recieve the product they spent a lot of money on. Seriously disappointed, will not be ordering from you again.

Jan 03,2014We ordered a handheld controller for XBox One on Dec. 12th as a Christmas gift. It is now January 2nd and we still haven't received it. The order status has been "In Progress" for weeks. I wrote to the company and was told that it would be shipped this week but the week is almost over and the controller still is "In Progress" and has not shipped. Will never do business with GamerModz again! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

Jan 03,2014I ordered my boys controllers on Dec 12th with a 6-10 day delivery. We expected it might be late for Xmas because of the Xmas rush. But as of Jan 2nd with my order still in "progress" and after various phone calls and emails over a week we still haven't had any response back, now you can't even leave a phone message! So l will have to stop payment and cancel the order as we have NO idea what the situation is.

Jan 03,2014Ordered Dec 12, and thought i was ordering an already Modded controller. when I asked about my order i was told it would take 6-10 Business day to make. They also said they didnt have Overnight shipping available???? Now Jan 2, and i sent an email to see where my order is and nobody even reponds.

Jan 03,2014The order I placed on December 10th for a Christmas present for my son still has not shown up as of Jan 2nd. Progress still shows in progress so much for surprising my son for Christmas. Will not use this company again

Jan 02,2014This is my review of GamerModz. They are the best mod company I have ever done business with. My order was shipped on time and I love my custom PS4 controller they modded for me. It is exactly how I wanted it to look and they have done a very nice paint job on the controller that I ordered. If you are the type of guy like me who loves modding and customization, GamerModz is definitely the way to go. If you own any type of controller whether it is for Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, or Xbox One and you get sick tired of the default look but dont want to pay $100 or more for a modded controller then I would highly recommend using GamerModz In-Service which is a lot cheaper and affordable for any gamer who wants to upgrade their controller or even have their controller fixed go to GamerModz it will be worth your time.

Jan 02,2014ordered a couple different products and when they were received one of them was missing a piece. I called and left a message explaining the problem with all the pertinent details and I never received a response. I find this very unsatisfactory I will probably not do business with this company again.

Jan 01,2014I hope I will get my grandson's Christmas present soon. It was ordered Dec. 10. When I called Dec. 22, I was told they were working on Dec. 6 orders...and that I might get it before Christmas. I have checked daily and the order is " in progress". I called yesterday (Dec. 30) and was asked to leave a message. I heard nothing from them.

Jan 01,2014Ordered hand controller on 12/11/2013 and still haven't received my order! Try to call the company an there's never no answer an after several messages I left,....still no return calls! I stopped payment an hopefully they don't send my product! I will get it else where!!!

Jan 01,2014It has been three weeks since I ordered my moded controller (ordered 12/10/2013) and it still hasn't shipped. I have had no communication about the reasons why this is taking so long. I ordered this for my son's christmas and they told me that everyone was upgraded to priority shipping. Upon my last login to their website (12/31/2013) it still shows it hasn't shipped. With the lack of communication on their end, it's hard to say why this is taking so long. To their credit, I ordered a mod last year and received it promptly. I don't understand why they dropped the ball this year. Their website says it could take 10-14 days to ship. I am now in my fourth week of waiting and with no response from gamermod. Very Disappointed!!!

Jan 01,2014Ordered an Xbox 360 controller on Dec.10th. and have not received it yet. It was suppose to be a holiday gift...but not anymore... I understand that there may be 2 or 3 days delay due to the holidays, but the new year is upon us and the status on my order is still ' In Progress'. I hope that the delay/waiting is worth it. Waiting and waiting...

Jan 01,2014I was told that I would have the product Monday before Christmas, so I called and the lady told me that it would be shipped the following Monday, and according to the website, still not sent. Really hard to get a hold of, the recording says to email for faster results so I did and it's been a week with no response. I really hope the product is better than what has been shown so far.
