Website was easy to access and place order, with a quick confirmation email indicating order had been received. About a week after the 7-10 days (build time) had passed and I hadn't received notification on shipment, I sent an inquiry which I received a quick response with a shipment date. Package was received on the date provided, and the product was in perfect working order. Appreciated the quick responses, but wish it would have been delivered earlier (based on the order date) as it didn't make it in time for Christmas as expected.

The controller is one of the best I have owned. Very easy to setup and switch between programs. The controller looks awesome.

I had placed an order for a mod controller on Dec 10th for my son for a Xmas present my money was taken out on Dec 13th and as of today 12/31/13 I haven't received anything. Horrible service. Will be calling my bank to get my money back.

Well I have yet to receive my tracking number so my controller has not been shipped. I ordered it dec 9th and it is now dec 31. I was informed that it takes 6-10 business days to build which I understand. So on the 10th business day dec 20th,I emailed in regards to the status. I was emailed back that it would be shipped out tomorrow and they upgraded my shipping. So on dec 23rd I sent another email in regards to why it hadn't been shipped yet. On dec 26th I emailed again because still no tracking number and still no reply to my def 28tg email. I was then emailed that they would ship sometime next week and that they wouldupgrade my shipping again. So I have paid 135$ for a controller that I have yet to have been shipped and its been 22 days since I placed the order. So I guess I am just frustrated and disappointed in the service of what I thought to be the best gaming controller website, especially during the holiday season when you should be expecting a influx of orders. Received product almost 2 week after originally promised, was a Christmas gift, and even after repeatedly asking when the controller would be ready I was assured I would receive the Monday before Christmas. After not receiving it that day I was told it would go out the day after Christmas. I was mislead and ignored for a very long time and and a child did not get a gift for Christmas. I could understand if it was a $10 item, but it being over $160 you would think they would provide customer service. They do not. Each and every time you call you get voicemail to leave a message. I never received a call back, only an email days later. I will not buy form this company again and I cannot in good conscious recommend to anyone.

This was the worst transaction I have ever had online! I order more than 50 % of my purchases online and the communication was awful... I ordered on Dec 9th and my item should have been shipped no later than Dec 20... by Dec 23 I contacted the company only to find out it would not be shipped until the 26th... The day after Christmas! Had they made me aware I could have figured something out but they did not contact me at all until I contacted them! Finally after the 27th and it still had not been shipped I asked for my money back ... they only thing they did right! I have now ordered from evil controllers as they have never caused us any issues !

Initially I never received a confirmation email as states will happen when you purchase. I emailed the company mad was told where to send the controller and include this correspondence with my order. I sent it federal express next day. Now almost 15 days later and obviously not in time for my grandsons Christmas gift, I've emailed and received no response...yet, I've been charged...not happy!

I have ordered my purchase since the 8th of December and I have yet to receive my purchase.. I was told I would have my purchase by the 23rd of December and I have yet to see my purchase. I cannot give a review on something I have not had the chance to use.. Totally unsatisfied and once I receive this purchase I will not be conducting business with this company again.. I will not even recommend it to no one.

My son ordered a case for his controller and is very happy with the product he received. Payment was easy and the case arrived way ahead of schedule. No complaints at all. Very simple buying experience and we got exactly what we wanted.

Delivered a broken controller and I have called and sent emails with no response.. I am very disgruntled with this company. I did not spend over $100 for a controller for it to be broken. And with no response from the company.

My son wanted the customized controller so I ordered one for Christmas. It was the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the only thing I didn't get. The order was placed on Dec 7 and is still in progress. My son is excited to get the modded controller but disappointed it wasn't here. His friend got his...and all works well....just is taking a long time

Customer service answered questions right away and parts were delivered on time. Could have gotten parts elsewhere though a little cheaper. If purchasing a Controller shell, note they are not Microsoft original shells. Also they do not come with screws or many parts. And screws from original Microsoft shells do not fit well. We had to get other self tapping screws.

While GAMER MODZ makes nice controllers... Making the customer happy is certainly not their forte! Their customer service has to be the worst that I have ever dealt with. They totally screwed up on my order for my son, for a Christmas present, which when I placed my order, was guarantied that I would have for Christmas. They failed miserably and made no attempt to offer a solution or compensation to make a situation that they totally screwed up on right. With the continued lies they tell you when you contact them to inquire about your order. I placed an order well before the holiday's and was promised delivery well before Christmas. I have stayed on top of the order by contacting service (Brittany) to be advised on Monday 12/16 that I would have my controller on 12/20. Well that didn't happen. I sent out a couple of e-mails to ascertain the hold up and did not hear back from them. I contacted them today to find out about my order, only to be told, it will ship out today. The irony is... it was not shipping out today, it wasn't even ready. Then I was told that my shell was used for a local customer. WHAT??? While speaking to the owner Sean, who appeared to be very nice did not compensate for the fact that I was continually lied to about my order. I was offered some alternatives, but to pay the price for a shell that I do not want is ridiculous. No discount was even offered for not getting what I ordered, nor was I even offered overnight shipping to get the controller for Christmas Eve. I had to offer to pay myself the difference for shipping if I wanted to get it for tomorrow. Again, beautiful controllers, but when you are paying a premium price to make a "9" year old happy for Christmas, you would expect a little more from a company. I was very disappointed in this situation as it ended with a cancelled order and no controller... I invested approx. a month in making sure this happened for Christmas to only end in disaster. The concept is fantastic!! My son loved designing his own remote. He was so excited when it arrived in the mail. However, he was very disappointed when it came because he wanted to extra mod that I paid for for $51.00 and the remote didn't come with that feature. I will be calling for a new one.

The time of making the controller is understandable but the shipping sucks so you might just go with 3-5 days shipping cause I paid $9 for 2days and got in six days after I received my tracking # so don't pay extra for the two day cause you won't get it!!!!!! The costumer service sucks too they should let you know on the status of your order they should respond faster on the emails not wait a day or few hrs after...next time I will order some where else!!!!!!
