Unfortunately I have to leave one star as minus isn’t available. I have been waiting for somebody from Gardoo to contact me / sort refund for an incomplete order of sleepers . I was informed the sleepers were out of stock ( which is an utter lie ) as I’m guessing they don’t want to pay for the unit space on the lorry so was asked if I wanted a refund for a paid ,incomplete order ( only last week) from an order that was placed in APRIL! I have now sent copious amounts of emails with a request for contact , no joy, no refund and STILL trying to resolve this. Communication beyond dire ...Word to the wise ... DO NOT touch this company with a barge pole ! I have emailed all correspondence and followed up your reply / request below . I was never offered replacement / fulfilment sleepers to be delivered only a refund . I wanted the sleepers and not a refund. Despite in stock or not this was never the option given to me as you suggest in your reply. I have never had the option to email nor have never seen this email address. As per your request I have again sent all correspondence to you as what was sent to Gardoo customer service to the email below . I’ll await the outcome and too anticipate you will deliver my missing goods.

Steer clear. We were promised a delivery 8 am -6 pm. We were sent a email at approx 5pm advising the delivery was not going to take place. The following day the delivery driver called me for direction advice then decided his vehicle could not access our address (too big!) We have had dozens of same size lorries over the years. Emailed 3 times to find out what was going on.....no response. Very very disappointing ..don’t bother

Great service. Prompt and reliable delivery. 15 2.4m oak sleepers ordered and delivered as arranged. Delightful and helpful driver. Good quality product as described. Good value. Good email communications regarding the order and delivery. Depressing recent reviews to see here but certainly not my experience.

Had a delivery booked for Friday 14th May of 20 sleepers. I booked the day off ready as I had other deliveries coming as well, 4pm and no sleepers. I ring gardoo and they state to at there is an issue with the haulage firm and that they will ring me back. Nothing... Monday lunchtime a man in a truck turns up at my house, and demands my wife help him unload these 3m sleepers as he can’t do it on his own. When she declines he becomes abusive. She explains he should have been here Friday but did not want to listen. I speak to the haulage firm from Maidstone who claim they are only delivering as a favour and only recieved the sleepers that day, I told them gardoo had advised me they had had them since Friday, the haulage told me that gardoo are f@@king liars and not to believe a word they say. I then ring gardoo for help, who then say they are not sure what to do and why they sleepers haven’t been delivered, then told someone will Ring me back. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and again am told that someone will ring me back about re-delivery as the haulage company are not answering. Nothing.... money back time I think. I realise a pandemic is still going on, but this is a disgusting way to treat people. If you haven’t got the capacity or the means to deliver a product, withdraw it until you do. Will not be using again

Shocking service! We ordered sleepers on the 10th May for delivery 2 days later. We received a call from the delivery driver 4 days later (3pm on a Friday afternoon) asking about a crane truck to assist in offloading then said he will get back to us. We have not heard anything since and no delivery. My husband and I have been calling Gardoo 2 to 3 times a day for an update as to when we can expect our delivery but all they say is that they don't know and will call us back - you don't call back! I've asked numerous times to speak to someone from management and the poor lady answering the phone keeps telling me she has passed on my message but still, no one is calling me back. I have contractors waiting for these supplies and now it is costing me money for each day my delivery is delayed. We have paid for a product we have not received. Please could someone just let me know if my sleepers will be delivered this week or not. This issue has been going on for 6 days now.

I went to the Northaim yard 17/05/21 to buy 4 sleepers. When I arrived I asked the yard man where do I go he pointed to the offices. I also asked him have you sleepers in stock to which he replied yes loads. I then went into the offices told them what I wanted only to be told by a girl with lip piercings na we don’t do that you have to order on line. I explained I had traveled 30 miles to them and that it was a small order. I also said a fork lift could drop them off at the back of my van once paid for, she replied na on line only.

Ordered goods -Compost and garden mulch, on 26/04/2021 for a delivery on 13/05/2021. Sufficient time you would think to receive as requested. It is now early morning on 18/05/2021 with not delivery. Between Gardoo who fail to provide great updates of the items being sent and the delivery agent who sent an email with tracking facility on 14/05/21, they are a complete shower. I will not be ordering from Gardoo again. Perhaps if I had ordered aleepers my experience would be different. Its a shame that their service seems so hit & miss.

We ordered the garden bark last week and it was delivered prompt! I received a phone call from a very polite deliver man to let me know they were 45 mins away. He delivered the bark and placed it for us in the driveway where we wanted. Can not fault this company and is a shame some people have left very negative reviews. Will definitely get my sleepers next which is it next garden project. Thank you guys!

£600 taken from our bank account, but no delivery of the sleepers on the day we booked. No communication from them and no response to emails, Facebook and Twitter. The sleepers were needed for this weekend and I now have to pay extra to a more reliable company to get them tomorrow morning. Very disappointed and will be getting a full refund.

Awful experience so far with unresolved issues. All started well with the order of some sleepers, ordering was simple and they arrived on time. However, 4 or 5 of the sleepers were damaged or poor condition, this included chain saw cuts, really rough edges and what looks like rotten wood when chunks fell off. Out of over 30 sleepers ordered not a total disaster but not good. I sent photos and a note to their customer services department (Karen), I had an email back after a week asking for photos, despite having already sent I resent the photos and it’s been radio silence ever since, I’ve followed up every week with an email and absolutely nothing back, really really poor customer service, it’s now been 6 weeks since I contacted them. Whilst the price was good, the product was average and customer service appalling, I would definitely not use again and am currently exploring options with my credit card company to resolve.

They have taken hundreds of pounds of my money and haven't delivered when they said they would deliver. I have tried to contact them by email and phone many many many times but have had no luck. Avoid.

Excellent service and product. I ordered my second bulk bag of organic compost on Tuesday for deliver the following Friday. It arrived as promised and the Pallex Lincoln delivery drive (Andrew) off loaded at my back gate as requested. Thank you.

Failed to deliver on set date after taking a day off work and spent whole day waiting in. No phone call to say they couldn't deliver. Very unprofessional don't use this company if you value your time as they certainly don't.

Excellent Product - I recently ordered a bulk bag of Organic Green Compost PAS 100. The delivery was very quick and arrived two days after placing my order in late April. I have used this to establish two new lavender beds to the front of my property and I was very impressed with the quality of the product. Thank you Gardoo.

Ordered 45 oak sleepers, picked my delivery date. They turned up before 11:30 on day of delivery, delivery driver very helpful dropped the 2 pallets on my drive with no issues. Was a little apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews on here, but had no issues. Quality of the sleepers is very good with some with a waney edge but you expect that with oak but adds to the character. Thanks so much Gardoo will use you again if I need any more sleepers, and far cheaper than anything I can get locally.

Missing order I was due an order on Friday 7th May too Paul .... guess what, mine never arrived either! Have emailed the company, awaiting a reply. Like you took a day off work & waited in all day 8am - 6pm. So angry.
