Jan 03,2020It was a true pleasure working with Scott Sherman. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to speak to, clear, concise, humorous, and very patient. At no time did we feel pressured to complete the process. He kept in constant contact when necessary and never appeared exasperated or frustrated with our endless questions. My wife was very skeptical about the reverse mortgage and Scott calmly set her mind to ease. His conversations should be used as a training seminar on how to deal with less-than-perfect clients.

Chris was encouraging and positive whenever he spoke with us and made himself available should we have questions or concerns.
