We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Umayr Waraich came to the rescue and we got to the end of the process quite smoothly. If you have Umayr I can guarantee he WILL get you through, he is certainly an asset to the company he works for- Thank you Umayr 😊

I cannot fault any aspect of their service. We needed to complete quickly as we had a renovation project starting. We were totally done and funds in the bank in under 3 weeks. Totally 100% recommend for conveyancing. And 5 🌟 and many thanks to Umayr.

Sep 02,2024Our case was handled by Umayr Waraich @ GPL and the whole experience was excellent. We left our remortgage a little late and probably could have been more prompt getting documents to Umayr but despite all of that we completed on time today. He was prompt, polite and efficient throughout, even finding time to give us a little (professional & polite!) nudge where needed. I deal with conveyancers as part of my job and I must say that the service Umayr provided is very well above the norm.

(I thought it was going to be tricky) Apart from from the intial confustion, (not down to GPL) which was swiftly dealt with, I had a pain and hassle free experience. Umayr was my main contact. Sep 12,2024Received horrendous service when my mortgage money was misplaced/lost back in May 2024. The bank was blamed for this error, however, never received any evidence to support this. Sent a complaint on the 11th June 2024 and still waiting for a response. DO NOT USE!
